for the time I was there everything was great or so I thought it was up until I tried to check out... I went to the office picked up the phone and the husband answered telling me she was pulling in the drive then so I waited and she went to park then took off again leaving me standing there and her husband who was putting things up in the storage room. he yelled but she ignored... I waited... after about an hour she gets back I waited to give her time to get inside and settled in etc. I picked the phone up again and again her husband answered this time with a attitude saying " I don't know what she's gone do" I waited a few more minutes picked the phone up again and yet again her husband answered with a even worse attitude and tone... I kindly said I'm down here for my deposit... (mind u I also cleaned my room while there as well as upon leaving and even helped the husband get the room ready for someone else who couldn't pick up wifi from his room.) well he yelled at me and said "I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU BUT YOU CAN GO FIND HER OR CALL HER AND LEAVE ME ALONE STOP CALLING ME" each time I must add he hung up on me not lettine say anything. now I was planning to leave a good review for them well simply because I had no problems at all up till it came time to get my deposit back. I sat for the longest I even left and came back to her at the window with another customer after she was done she looked my way and proceeded on out the office into her room just ignoring me. about a hour trying to look up info to the owner which I found and will also be contacting they also knew I was leaving town to my family. and my deposit is what I was counting on for gas etc. Needless to say I was forced to leave without my deposit and had to panhandle my way out of town. I'll attached the pictures where she literally ignored me not once but twice and if I could attach the recorded calls I got of the husband I would post those as well I wish so bad there was an option for that. but I'll be sending them to the owner as well as BBB and the state. because this is bull crap to do ppl that way. police reports made as well. because it's theft! now I'll wait to see what the woman has to say when she comes on here with her trash talk which is also very unprofessional as well as...

Ok Let me rephrase what I said... They told the booking online place that we stayed there, but we have receipts and all information of the place we actually stayed at for 5 days with employees and even the owners that will testify about our stay with them. My attorney is having a field day with this place. But just head's up NOT ONLY AM I GONNA GET BACK WHAT'S MINE. BUT my attorney isn't just my attorney, but he is giving a descent amount of time for each and everyone that they have screwed or wronged in the past to come forth with their proof and he is also going to fight on that individual as well. He has went as far as 6 years back already of these people treating customers the way they have and continue to do daily. Also he has the Better Business Bureau that was contacted, the Health Department contacted and contacted someone that issues licenses to legally run or operate a motel and was told they were fixing to dig deep into these people and that they would have to have proof of everything up to code and being safe for people to stay there. And from what has already been found, He's asking for the Bureau and health department to shut this filthy environment down and condemned. Unfit environment for any human being to be in or associated with. Besides the federal Bureau is looking into the officer's that has repeatedly been called there with nothing ever done. So for the Hillbillies that obviously has no people skills or management skills and to think they've got by treating people with disrespect and from stealing them BLIND or whatever they do. You've had a streak of wrong doing so it's time to man up because like I said the day I left that nasty, filthy, bedbug, roache infested dump, I'll get my say. My money and help so many others that you wronged. And guess what?? They won't be out 1 cent for getting back and getting what was rightfully theirs to begin with. So you continue to do your thing but JUSTICE WILL ALWAYS WIN IN THE END. KEEP RUNNING THAT MOUTH. This place is a joke. I made an online reservation and paid for it when I showed up to check in. They told me that they were full that they could not take me so I had to fight to get my money back. Stay away from this place, they’re worthless the lady that talked on the phone wouldn’t even come to the desk was rude And acted like she didn’t care. I asked how I could get my money back she said that’s not on me UPDATE: The property replied saying I was being rude, I was NOT RUDE that’s not my make up but when you reserve a room and pay for it then get there and they say they already rented your room, that’s what I call POOR BUSINESS, to be honest I’m glad they rented it I don’t care to have roaches or bedbugs I rented a different motel and it was not sketchy looking and clean and comfortable, the business also said, it’s not nice to tell lies, I don’t lie, they just can’t handle the truth, I’m turning this slum location into the state for investigation, how about instead of spending your time online trying to justify truthful reviews cleaning up your business and making it worthy of good guests and stop trying to steal money from people who have already paid and renting out their room before they can get there for check in, y’all are a complete disgrace to the Cleveland area Oh and please learn how to spell!!!
