I've normally had a great experience at this location. However today, I believe it was the manager who was in (I don't believe she's been in when I've been before) and she was not very accomodating. My kids wanted the same sandwich so I decided to get a Medium and give them each half. They wanted cheddar on one side, Jack on the other. No biggie, I thought. But the manager refused to do it. She said, "I see what you're trying to do. But you'll need to get two minis to have two different cheeses" (since I was being so sneaky trying to buy one big sandwich for my kids to share, instead of two minis?) She tried to explain to me why "it won't work" but I didn't understand. She looked at me with eyes big and eye brows high and said, "Huh? Do you understand?" Well, I didn't. She further explained that the cheeses melt and it wouldn't work. ???? She decided for me that I wouldn't want two different cheese on a sandwich that might melt together. I didn't push back because I couldn't see this going any better. The environment felt "cold" and unkind... she wasn't even friendly about her refusal. I left feeling like she thought I was stupid (which she was happy to expose publicly). Even my 11 and 9 year olds mentioned how rudely I'd been treated after we'd left.
As I said at the start, I've normally had a great experience here. I've only been a handful of times, but we LOVE Deli Delicious. Unfortunately, I may avoid this one because of the poor customer service when the management is in. (Otherwise I've had REALLY great experience with the staff...

My to go order was ready and went to the counter to get it but before I left checked to make sure I had ranch for my 2 orders of fries...no ranch so I asked for 2 and he told me 'next time ask for it when you order' I responded with 'I did and I also left a tip' and walked out. he was rude to the lady before me with the child, she too asked if ranch was in her bag. he didn't turn to address her and answered her with such a rude tone of voice with a drawn out yeeesss, that kind of yes that comes with the unspoken words that are only said in your mind. I wanted to stop her and say check your bag. I know when she got home with her food that it probably wasn't there... I hope the owner of this location sees this review and has a talk with this kid because he was absolutely horrible and didn't and doesn't deserve any of the tip money that was left tonight. It was about 5:45 this Wednesday evening. He had just been complaining about how tired he was and when the girl that was working with him said he could leave he said no he didn't want to but yet he stayed and was absolutely horrible to...

I used to come to this location specifically for the fact that I could trust my food would made correctly and I wouldnāt have to think twice about it. But twice in the last month or so. Lots of small things that never really matter have happened (missing ranch or wrong type of bread) but this most recently time they forget basically everything on my sandwich. The person I was on phone with was trying to be helpful but was clearly very paincked and not very composed under pressure. I try to be understanding of restaurants having rushes so I drove there. Knowing they would have plenty of time to clear the rush and for my order to get fixed. Except when I walk in the person I was on the phone with was clearly talking to someone the knew personally. And then tried to use them as ābackupā about the rush. Look if there was a rush fine I can understand that but the way this panned out, it just looks like horrible customer serviceā¦
Moral of this story I will never come...
