I went through the drive through and my husband and I ordered our desired choices to eat. He ordered a double cheeseburger with french fries and I ordered a four piece chicken tender from the speaker. Got to the window pay for our meals. Got to the next window and there was a young teenager training and he made a couple of mistakes and we corrected him on what we saw and we took it in stride. After all the person was in training. It was kind of slow, but we were happy to get our bag of food drinks and straws and headed home. After we got home which tells me I should have checked the food in the bag before we left the restaurant of Burger King. We got a 4-Piece tender cold burnt stiff chicken plus my husband's double burger turned out to be a chicken sandwich. The fries were cold, and the ends were too Brown and it was inedible. I had him get the receipt and look for the phone number and there wasn't one they did have an address for a website where you could Lodge your complaints but it wouldn't allow you to do anyting on the website as it isn't functioning. So I went on Google and I got the phone number, my husband talk to a young lady there and she told us she was sorry and that if we came back up there, she would get us a replacement meal and shakes for free. What ever you do do not order the chicken it is new to them and they don't know how to cook it or how long to hold onto it or when to...
Read moreI was instantly disturbed by the window art. Though beautiful, the Christian-themed imagery seemed a bit out of place. It made me feel as though this Burger King location was profiting off of the Christian community. It's a disgusting marketing tactic, similar to the marking down of fish fillets during Lent season (by a certain other fast food chain).
Burger King isn't affiliated with any single religion, so why deviate from corporate policy? And why market toward Christians when you aren't supporting the religion in other respects (e.g. via donations/missionary funding/etc.)? Plus, I'm sure it makes some customers feel unwelcome if they practice a different faith. And in our community, I feel like we should celebrate the diversity that others bring to the table and make them feel at home.
I strongly urge management to question whether the signage is appropriate/in accordance with company policy. When I went to the store with friends, we were all surprised and complaining. I hope that my review will spark conversation and...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would! This place’s customer service sucks! Just went through the drive-through and tried to order breakfast ordered an egg and cheese croissant and then was going to order a drink and another menu item but instead of the lady waiting for me to finish my order she told me the total of the egg and cheese croissant and told me to pull up to the window! She was very rude! I will never go there again even though I only work like two minutes away I would rather drive a little farther and pay a little extra for breakfast at Chick-fil-A then to ever go here and experience that kind of rude customer service. I work in customer service. If i was that rude to a customer I would not have a job anymore and this person either needs to go back through training on customer service or this Burger King needs to find people who have better customer...
