Home Essentials Furniture — Hotel in Crest Hill

I was driving all around town trying to find a wall shelf that had specific qualities. I had stopped at 6 stores before walking into Home Essentials Furniture, where I was greeted and taken care of by Ibrahim. He took time to listen to what I was looking for, then pulled up the inventory so I could see for myself what was available. Ibrahim went above and beyond for me, after I was feeling discouraged from other stores not having what I was needing. He compared some options for me, and even brought out the tape measure so I could easily visualize what size the piece was. I am so satisfied with my shopping experience here and I will definitely be back for future furniture purchases. We recently moved to a new house and as many others we went into a rampage of buying new furniture from big stores or chains. After having many issues with those called "furniture companies" we decided to start looking for a local or maybe smaller business like Home Essentials. It was the best decision ever. Do yourself a favor and buy from these guys. Same quality as the big boys but half the price. The best part, the human touch and the customer experience they have. This store had a big sale sold me nice furniture with holes in it. The bottom of my couch(dust collector) is all ripped off and there's a nickel size hole in front of my couch. And they had it wrapped in plastic wrap but it was holes on the inside. They took pics saying they will fix it but never did. It's been 3 months now andthey are saying that they don't want to fix it. I will never ever go there again. There is a reason why they are cheep. Cause they are selling crap furniture. Furniture buyers beware...
