I personally would not recommend this location. There are other locations with much better customer service and better tasting food. I only go to the this location when I'm on this side of town running errands, decided to stop here on my way home. I placed my orders I always order the same thing for my family. I placed order, wait for order and receive order drive off and realize they missed a whole burrito dinner. I go back and tell them they forgot my burrito dinner, she goes and looks comes back with just a burrito. Long story short we go back and forth. They say I didn't order or pay for a dinner which I did based on the prices on their actual menu. My issue instead of them making right their mistake first taking my order wrong , then forgetting my order and then claiming they only charged me for a burrito, they treated me like I was just trying to get something for free. Which I wasn't it was the principle of the entire thing. I ended paying 5 extra for a side a rice and beans because when I asked for a refund for entire order she told me it would be a week before receiving a refund. When I called to explain to them that they misunderstood, the person I spoke with there, Alda (that's what she said her name was) basically shared that it was my fault for wording my request incorrectly. I explained AND even apologized to her for HER misunderstanding. I shared with her that I would be willing to drive back and pick up a new bowl but she told me I would have to pay for a whole new bowl?? Just to put things in perspective, I asked "Alda" if it really made sense to her to lose a customer over a burrito bowl that they could easily fix to which her response was "your fault for wrong wording." Now i have eaten at this restaurant before in the past and was very sattisfied but this time everything was incorrect i get home to find my burrito filled with lettuce, tomatoes , and guacemole. And my pork tamales were hard and nasty. So i got mad and threw it in the garbage since i couldnt scrape it off it was like a burrito filled with mayonaise. So i call El burrito loco to tell them about what had happened only to be yelled at in spanish and english about how if i dont like the food to bring it back or else im a liar. So i hang up on the guy im not gonna cry over $20 but then he calls me back to verify my order again and waste more of my time by telling me if i want to dig the food out of my garbage wrap it up and bring it back around 4pm tomorrow and we could swap it out.
