Ordered a queen bed frame, the one in the show room had a box spring on it so I also ordered a box spring. Waited until it arrived. No call. When I called it was there and ready for pickup. I got it home and installed. Didn't realize the problem until I put box spring on it. It wasn't a queen. It was a kind and because of the slats it didn't need a box spring. The box clearly said queen bed set. So giving them the benefit of doubt I called to resolve the problem. They were very nice about resolving the problem. They ordered a new bed, promising to swap it out when it came in, refunded my money for the box spring I didn't need, and refunded the $10 math error on original transactions. At this point I was still willing to give a good review. The problems began on the scheduled date. I called on Tuesday and was told it was already on the delivery truck and they would be here to swap them out. I waited all day, not even a phone call. Next day I gave them til noon, still no call. When I called I was told they would have to call me back. Ok. Well they did and gave me a 3 hr window from 5 - 8 pm. About 6pm they arrived. They took the king frame apart, brought the box in and left so fast I didn't even know they were gone until my girlfriend told me. I called again Fernando wasn't there. I explained that I was led to believe it would be installed. Sure I could do it but having just had back surgery, certainly wasn't supposed to. I was told he would call them back to install it. By 9pm and no call I had my girlfriend help me install the bed. Next night around 6 PM they came back to install. Oops to late.
When I say the box clearly said queen, it did. However as I learned, the K in the part number clearly means king.

Read moreI purchased a couch in Mid January. I was told this couch was reversible as in you can change the sides of the couch and turn it into a ottoman. This was all a lie. I called the place and they apologized, stated that it was a mistake and they sold the last model. They said i can come for another couch (this was about 1 week after delivery). I walked in and saw nothing that can fit the living room because of the size so i said I'll come back. About 30 days later i see inside the couch that the seem is coming apart..mind you its just my husband and I. Havent had any company over or anything. I call the store who tells me to take photos and come in. The manager seemed confused that i was there but i showed him and explained what happened. Couch stuffing was sticking out of the seems for no reason.i was told someone would get back to me they called me on a random weekend when i was out of town wanting someone to come to the house and i said i wasnt there. I called when i returned and asked when can someone stop by.no response. Its been a month in a half at this point since i reached out and nothing. This company is beyond a scam. Im paying on a couch that was a lie to begin with and was put together wrong with no help. Anyone looking in this area should reconsider. Go to Mikes furniture, Ashley Furniture, anywhere other than here. I had plans to buy kitchen chairs and a family room couch icluding 4 recliners from here for my new home but im def taking my business elsewhere. Husband and I browsed around the whole store. Was just looking for a couple night stands. Found 2 different ones. The lady was attending to another customer. Took pictures of the 2 types I liked and pictures of the past numbers with pricing. Go up to the counter, a gentleman (with no mask on) was there. He asked me what could he help me with. I showed him the one nightstand which the original price was $159.00. Asked him if they were in stock. He said yes, he said delivery or pick up. I said pick up. I asked him how much were they each. He tells me well what was the price I said$159.00. He pulls his phone out then says yep they are that price (thinking in my head ok where's the sale price) I said ok. Then he tells me I can pick up Thursday, um what. Assuming they have this in stock. He says they are at my warehouse. Ok that's ok im not interested.
You say there is a sale on everything in the store. There is no sale. Don't announce everything is on sale and it isn't! You then don't have the product in stock at the store. Not good business at all. I could understand if I was getting a whole bedroom set. But, that was not the case. You said they were in stock. In stock means right there, not 2 days at a warehouse.
