I stopped in to check out their e-cig batteries and ended up buying two. The lady at the register said if anything happened to come back with them & the receipt within 3 days.
Less than 24 hrs and I went back in because the batteries are not firing on my atomizer. I was told there was nothing they could do. I was not looking for money back, I need a working battery. All I wanted to do was exchange them for something different, even if that meant spending more money, and this was expressed to the lady working, and it was met with "sorry, I cant do anything it's your atomizer not our battery." I'm not sure how that is known since there was no other atomizer offered to show me the battery actually does work.
This place will never see our business again and that's sad because it looked like a cool shop. I'll head back out to my regular shop!
**reply to Owners response: That was not what the conclusion because my atomizer works just fine on my batteries, it would not work on the ones purchased there, and this was shown. I was offered a discount on something else but that does not solve the issue of the batteries I have bought serving me no purpose when I was told by the same lady that I could bring them back with my receipt within three days. Definitely night and day difference between the young man and who I was speaking to that was in charge. I do not hold anything against the business, management, or owners. I will gladly change my review to 5 stars the next time I visit. For now I will kick it up to a 3 because of the atmosphere and the attempts made by the management/owner.

However, the young guy with curly-ish wavy hair has absolutely terrible customer service. Acting like customers are wasting his time, can't greet them, barely listens to a question, . He seriously needs some lessons in customer service, because I guarantee that how people want to be treated, they will walk out and drive the two minutes to the next smoke shop.
