Mancini's Sleepworld Cupertino — Hotel in Cupertino

Needed a new pillow but I’m extremely picky when it comes to pillows or what I use as a pillow. It’s gotten to a point where I would makeshift what I would use as a pillow with a combination of blankets (which are easy to fold and move around), stuffed animals (which have different grooves and arches), and flat pillows (which I can also fold and reshape) just so I could sleep comfortably at night. But doing this is also kind of troublesome and means more things I have to clean. I also didn’t know what type of pillow would work best for me, I wanted to try it out different pillows, I wanted a pillow stat so I can sleep tonight, and I didn’t want to wait a couple of nights for shipping or returning if it turns out it’s not the pillow I’m looking for.

Went in and a staff member, Raymond, helped me. He was extremely helpful by showing me pillows that might’ve worked best with my neck and size with different filling types. They were pretty comfortable but I wasn’t exactly convinced knowing my more unusual sleeping habits. I was pretty disappointed in the pillows and I was honestly thinking “if I could just have a combination of these two pillows,” or “if only this pillow was a bit flatter” until he recommended me a hybrid pillow. It was perfect! Exactly what I wanted and needed. It had the fillings of two types that I liked. It was adjustable and I could take out the inside to make it flat or a big puffier. Apparently the inside could also be used for traveling and I can also fold that too if I wanted when I put it inside or fill it with more stuff. It felt like my makeshift pillow but in an actual pillow form in a much better, convenient, and easier to do way! So I’m completely satisfied in what I got. I paid and left happy can’t wait to sleep with it tonight! Thanks!

Raymond in the Cupertino store gave us excellent customer service. The Blossom Hill store did not want to match the price and add-in items that Sears was offering. I was going to purchase from Sears but Raymond was very patient and he gave us excellent customer service to check the Sears web site. That is why I purchased the mattress from Raymond, and I did not go to Sears. Raymond gave me a lot of good information regarding the mattresses.
