Absolutely 100% worst hotel experience ever. Before coming, I called a day ahead because I had seen on their website that it was $100 per pet/night. I can easily board my dogs at my work but decided to call and check. The woman said "we have taken over new management and it is a straight $100 no matter how many pets you have", I remember her saying this because it sounded a little funny (what if I bring 50!?) Little did I know the joke was completely on me. Upon arriving, we were told that room service was behind schedule and we would have to wait. Once again, she said "I see you brought your pets with you. We are pet friendly, but there will be the $100 fee." No problem, right? We waited in the lobby with my two dogs for 40 minutes. We had plans and needed to leave soon, this point it was 4:10 (1 hour and 10 mins after check in was supposed to be). We had finally gotten into our room and it was the tiniest room with the most awful view of nothing but AC units. There was trash in our room including the filled out menu from the previous person sitting right out on the counter. I like to take my time with my dogs after having a lot of experience taking them with me to hotels. I get their toys out, beds out, stuff peanut butter into kongs, get them acclimated to their surroundings.... unfortunately I had only enough time to throw on some makeup and change. After leaving, 15 minutes away from the hotel, we received a call from the staff saying the dogs were barking. Already so upset with them, I tried to explain that I had to rush out and they have never had an issue/complaint at a hotel before. The woman told me she was going to send someone into the room. I told her no??? you are strangers, do not go into the room. She replied "Oh, so they're not nice then" I tried to explain but she simply told me that she would call me within an hour if they did not settle down. This was around 5ish. I did not receive a call within an hour and assumed everything was okay. I received another call at 10:38pm which I had missed, we were already on our way back. The woman (Karen) told me they were barking again and I told her we were on our way back. This woman would NOT let me get off the phone and continued to try and fight with me. I told her I was losing my temper and still, she continued. My boyfriend finally hung the bluetooth up in the car because she simply would not stop. After coming back, I took a shower to try to relax. When I went to grab for a towel, there was toothpaste spit on the towel in the shower that we had obviously not been into yet. Absolutely disgusting. When bringing this to managements attention, they simply said that the dogs were barking while we were gone. So obviously it was totally okay for the late check in, the trash, the spit on the towels, and the blunt rudeness. Oh, and the pet fee? $200. Wouldn't you know in my haste I didn't read the pet fee on the sheet I signed (admittedly, my mistake. I guess I assumed I could trust the two different staff members I spoke to). This place is disgusting and cheap. We spent over $400 here this past weekend for all this. I am sorry to anyone who had to hear my dogs barking, but this all could have been avoided had check in been on time and had she called me within the hour like she had said. These people are absolutely horrible. PLEASE never stay...

It would be a challenge for any hotel to live up to the exorbitant prices this one charges per night, but it didn't even seem like they tried. When you have prices this high it sets certain expectations.
It was a clean room but nothing special. Normal hotel. Of course they want to charge you for everything so their fridge is pre-stocked and you get a little slot where you can have one bottle or two cans! Luxury (sarcasm)!
I had booked for a business meeting. It is within walking distance to my home office. While I was there I rebooked for my next meeting. It wasn't anything special but it was ok so I thought why not?
I had assumed all hotels around there were equally high. I was wrong I should have researched.
So, my next work meeting got rescheduled and the two nights I was going to stay at once in February ended up being one night in March and one April. I called to change my booking.
They said I could not change my nights to the two nights I wanted in March and April due to rate changes so they would have to issue me a refund and I would need to rebook. Ok.
I called 5 days later and spoke with Monique. Shout out to Monique! She is the only one that gave the service level the prices indicate btw. Great job Monique! She let me know my account was noted for a refund and it can take 14 days.
I then waited 14 business days and 18 calendar days with no refund and I call back. I am on hold for a grand total, after 3 attempts, of 40 minutes.
Btw, I will NEVER have you call me back because my robo calls and spam protections will prevent your call back.
Now they tell me they want to send an email to someone who will email me. Nope. I want a refund today. I get transferred. They ask if I can call back in 45 minutes when the special unicorn person arrives. Nope. I want a refund now.
Finally they send me the most amount of stupid paperwork. They email me a form. I have to fill out my CC information and then take a picture of my driver's license front and back and then enter a specific amount charged.
Help me understand why TAKING $2000 was soooo easy but giving it back was like applying for a passport?
You took my card and charged the heck out of it online with only basic information but to get my money back I almost had to go for blood work....come on.
So if you are looking for a basic overpriced room with poor service support this is your place! Endless frustrating entertainment and free training on jumping through hoops provided at no additional cost.
I will make sure my company knows to take this hotel off of our internal list of places to stay. Sheesh totally...
Read moreDear Team at Hotel Crescent Court,
My wife and I had a wonderful stay with you all. Thank you for making our 5-day better than we deserve! What made our stay very relaxed and pleasant? It was you all, the folks we connected directly and indirectly with at your hotel. Here are some of our fond memories of your team during our stay –
Jim, your head concierge, called us about a week or so out to introduce himself, and respond to our personal request of Indonesian restaurants and to connect with Fi at your hotel. Thank you, Jim, for taking care of us so well and answering our comments!
Fi, was so kind as to provide her time in her busy schedule to share about possible Indonesian / Asian restaurants. Her kindness and warmth and care package meant so much to Adelina and me; especially the special Indonesian snack my wife loves! Thank you, Fi, for all you did for us and your kindness! Terima kasih banyak!!
Zene at breakfast was such a delight. Whoever hired her was spot on! Zene was very friendly and yet very professional. We sure appreciated her radiant smile and warmth!
Pardon me for missing the gentleman’s name, but he is the head of the valet parking at your hotel. He was very helpful and kind in answering our questions, even when it was not related to our car.
Also, whenever we call you all on the phone, you all answer in the 1st or 2nd ring. In our experiences in U.S. hotel stays, it is very rare to see this happen. By the way, my wife was very impressed with your spa team. They were very friendly and helpful.
We know there are many team members at your hotel that deserve a big thank you that we did not meet in person, such as your housekeepers, your management team who trains, and the owners / board of directors who have the foresight in providing a “home away from home” feel at your hotel. I guess the best way to sum this note up (pardon for the longer than usual note but didn’t want to miss anyone) is a house becomes a home because of one’s family, and a hotel becomes a “home away from home” when the hotel team make the experience like being with family!
My wife did say to me on the way home to Phoenix that our hotel stay with you all has been the best so far in our U.S. domestic travels. As global travelers, we rate you equal with the best of the international hotels we enjoy. It will be hard to find a hotel in the U.S. that will top you all! But for sure, when we are back in Dallas, we will look you all up!
Thank you for making our Dallas stay a “home...
