Read moreYesterday, my brother and I visited Klyde Warren Park located near downtown Dallas, Texas.
It was a beautiful late December day, and the park was packed with patrons visiting the many food trucks and enjoying the nearby cultural activities such as the Dallas Museum of Art, the Crow Museum for Asian Art and the The Ann & Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Museum: The Samurai Collection.
There were many food truck options including Greek (which we selected), American, Italian and ice cream.
I ordered the Classic Gyro from the Greek Lovers food truck, which with fries was $13. We were able to find a table and chairs in the sun, and there was plenty of seating out on the lawn where many had spread picnic blankets and were enjoying throwing the football.
I noticed that there is now a Mi Cocina at Klyde Warren Park with ample outdoor patio seating.
Many people were wearing masks as they stood in line to order and wait for their food.
I highly recommend Klyde Warren Park for lunch and as a starting place to enjoy many of the nearby cultural...
