Before I found “The One,” I tried on literally 50 wedding dresses across a dozen bridal salons in two countries… and Stanley Korshak was hands-down my favorite! I had never been to Stanley Korshak before my fitting so seeing the beautiful castle-like building with my mother made a great impression – and the prosecco waiting in their marble lobby helped too! We already had a full day of dress shopping at Neiman Marcus and the Nordstrom Wedding Suite-North Park but SK Bridal was a step above. Parking is also much easier there so it has the convenience factor too!

SK Bridal seemed to have the best rotation of trunk shows in the area and I purchased my dress (“Zelda” – dress #45 that I tried on!) at their Anne Barge Trunk Show. Even before my visit, I had my eye on a specific dress that wasn’t originally part of the Anne Barge Trunk Show rotation but SK Bridal requested it especially for me and had it shipped in time for their trunk show. Ultimately, I choose a different AB dress but as part of the trunk show special, I was given a discount on the dress and a discount on my custom alterations. My dress had a great price (

AMANDA. AMANDA. AMANDA. Ask for Amanda. She is everything!!!! I loved her from the beginning. Side note- everyone at Stanley Korshak is amazing, I just had the most memorable experience of my life with Amanda. She listened to every word I said, learned my style, and translated it into selecting my dream wedding dress. I would of never, ever picked it off the rack but, it was her first choice. She picked a gown that was not only my style and personality but, one that flattered my figure. I told her when we first met, before trying on gowns, that I had been to another bridal boutique and fell in love with two other dresses but, couldn’t decide. I honestly felt bad when I was saying it because I thought one of them had to be it. She was so professional. Didn’t talk bad about the boutique I went to, or the designer of the dresses. She was honestly excited I found dresses I liked. She took that info and asked me the right questions and figured out what I loved about them. She knew exactly what I was looking for. The minute I tried on the dress she picked, I was speechless. I walked out onto the floor, to show my mom, future mother in law and sister and immediately started bawling crying. It was it! It was the moment I had dreamt of since I was 4, playing with my bridal Barbie and ken doll.
