Mattress Firm Knox Park — Hotel in Dallas

Staff was friendly but the products are not worth what they sell for. Recently got a mattress + adjustable frame with the delivery and set up. Bed was delivered and setup however the frame was not properly built. According to their website the king size frame needs to be built with 9 legs and the queen with 6 legs, they just put 6 legs on my king and built it to the highest possible setting without asking how high I wanted it (it can go 2-13inches high). Now I have a flimsy frame (that costs 1200$) that I am worried will collapse any moment. Additionally I was told I could get any frame and headboard and just not use the slats but I have been struggling to find a compatible one. For close to 3,000$ I expected better from the service and delivery. There has to be some sort if incentive for people to leave good reviews because it just aint adding up because I have a 3K bed that I can’t even use.

Edit: I just measured my “king” bed which should be 76x80 (per mattress firm) and its only 71x75, i understand maybe and inch or two but this is five full inches on both sides. Bought a queen beautyrest pillow top 1 yr ago on Aug 23rd. Within 4 months no longer able to sleep on mattress. Felt like a 2×4 board going down middle of bed. Hassle free return, no, not at all. Had to beg the sales person to swap out for a new mattress. Wanted me to fill out form. Measure mattress all different angles, and I am retired Sr. Citizen. Fixed income, mattress was1299.00 on sake for 999.00. Moving forward, the sales guy finally had another new one sent out next day. Now we are at almost to the day 1 yr. Mattress, the 2nd one is caving down on 1 side. Talked to another salesman & told same scenario, have to measure. If can't do, independent person comes out and photographs bed, measure too. I have to pay to request this. I used part of my stimulus ck to pay for this, yet told 10 yr warranty. I feel mislead into believing this. Still waiting on Store Mgr to return call now, 10 days.
