I was greeted by Cindy Chuang, the Design Associate! I asked about performance fabric and rub count of the fabric because I wanted a light-colored sofa for everyday use. I've looked at Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, Z Gallerie , Article, Rove Concept, etc. and if I tell you Room & Board has a great selection that can be customized to your home at a reasonable price, THEY DO! Cindy was patient with me and VERY knowledgeable about designing a space. She even helped me pick out decor and put it near the sofa so I could see the vision. I did not know I would walk into this store and find my dream sofa and decor to compliment it! You pay a flat rate for delivery which is great. I needed to change the delivery date and Thom, Mgr, was quick to accommodate! The communication has been great! I recommend you stop by and check out the showroom, you will not be disappointed!

Minutes before closing one evening, I was assisted by Liz in my search for new throw pillows for a formal living room couch. I had swatches of my liv room fabrics which helped but I had been unsuccessful at six other nearby furniture shops. Liz has superb design abilities. She instantly mixed a few pillows and discussed the pros/cons, never trying to rush me out the door. Two other saleswomen also weighed in (all after closing time), and had great input. Definitely recommend. I was looking for sofa. I was deciding between Haverty's, Bassett, RH, and Room&Board. We decided to go with Room&Board because it was in our price range with comfortable seats. Thom was our designer, and we ordered Ford swivels and a Metro sectional. After waiting for a while, our order arrived! It. It had some issues. However, the customer service has been exceptional! It was far beyond our expectation especially for Thom. He took a time and helped us to resolve issues. If you care about customer service for pricey furniture, this is the definite place...
