Party America — Local services in Dothan

I went In Saturday morning to get balloons blew up for my daughter party. I walked in and up to the ballon counter where three workers were blowing up balloons. Not one of them acknowledged me I stood there for about 30 seconds before one of them decided to ask me what I needed. If I didn’t need those balloons right then I would have walked out. The rudeness is ridiculous and very uncalled for I’m a customer just as anyone else that walk in the door. Sad part is I’m a regular customer because I always buy my cake boxes, cupcake containers, etc. As a matter of fact the time I went in before Saturday which was about a week ago the cashier was rude for no reason. I’m over it I won’t be returning I’ll just order offline from somewhere else because the rudeness is not necessary and it’s been bad the last two times so I’ll spend my money...

Bad customer service... Store had maybe 8 customers and 3 workers at this time. I asked the girl behind the counter if they had any minion piñatas she said all we have is what's on top of the shelves. I was clearly showing that I was pregnant (7 months to be exact) she didn't even point to me what aisle to go toward or didn't even ask if I needed help getting it knowing its up high. I climbed in the buggy to grab the piñata down myself. The pinata rang up for $20.99 (around that) but there was a yellow tag labeled $18.99 but the cashier said she can't override what it rang up as. I was pretty disappointed on the store...

So I have to give a HUGE shout out to Savannah who helped me with nothing but the absolute BEST customer service I have probably ever had. She was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, thorough and compassionate about my needs! If you need anything from Party America, please go see Savannah and she will take care of you with a smile and a hug!
