A Day In The Country Bed and Breakfast — Hotel in Dover

We had the pleasure of staying at A Day in the Country while visiting Ohio recently and we absolutely loved it! We had a beautiful room. Everything was so clean, even the bath towels smelled amazing! The breakfasts were delicious and Don and Linda could not have been more hospitable! Don is also an awesome tour guide! We just loved it there! We were sad when we had to leave. It is in a perfect location and we will most definitely stay there again if we may it back up to Berlin, which hopefully we will. Thanks Don and Linda for your part in making our vacation so enjoyable! It was certainly a pleasure to meet you and we appreciate your hospitality very much!

This Bed and Breakfast was wonderful, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was prepared expertly and the coffee was hot and very good. Don and Linda were gracious host and were very helpful with anything we needed. We enjoyed the evening conversations in the parlor and while sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs. The room was decorated with a real country feel and special touches. The location is great and convenient with shopping directly across the street and free parking on site. My husband and I stayed one night July 31, 2022. It was our first visit to Berlin, Ohio and we loved our room at A Day in the Country. The room was very cozy and clean. Don was a great host with lots of knowledge about the Amish. We enjoyed sitting in rocking chairs on the front porch watching Amish buggies go by. It was like stepping back in time! Don served brownies and ice cream at night and eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, juice and coffee in the morning. We loved our stay! Very relaxing. We highly recommend to anyone who wants “a day in...
