UPDATE 11/15/2015: We've lived with the furniture from the first order for about a year now. And we received a second big order in the Spring of 2015. We remain very happy with everything and are planning another order soon.

We had a couple small issues that presented themselves after we had accepted the early orders (sometimes you don't notice an issue until after you've lived with a piece for a bit -- especially when you order many pieces at once) and I am very pleased to say that Ruben and Gary were a pleasure to deal with and resolved the situation to our complete satisfaction without a quibble or any hesitation on their part and at their expense. Many thanks to Ruben and Gary for great furniture, great service, and great value for money!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: My wife and I have purchased a bedroom set, dining room, and kitchen island from Dutch Craft and we couldn't be happier. The quality of the product is excellent, so is the service. You'll find a large showroom chuck full of beautiful furniture. Customer service is very helpful but also low-key and not the least bit pushy.

Since we plan to live with this furniture for many years, we looked and compared carefully in at least 15 furniture stores (probably a few more than that, actually) all over northern Ohio before we settled on Dutch Craft for our hardwood pieces. Then we ordered a single small piece as a test run, just to be sure they would actually deliver the same high quality product we saw in the showroom. We were very happy with the trial run (a jewelry armoire) and so we committed to the big order. Our furniture was just delivered about 2 weeks ago and we are thrilled with it. The delivery guys were also great to deal with, BTW.

We looked in high-end galleries, "bargain" stores, and everywhere in between. For us, Dutch Craft has quality that meets or exceeds the top-end while selling at prices that fall somewhere toward the middle of the band. In other words, value for money is really, really good here. And the flexibility to pick styles, woods, stains and finishes, hardware, custom dimensions, etc. is well worth the 8 week wait IMO.

We are getting ready to place another order for a couple library tables, a media center, corner hutch, and another bedroom set. We wouldn't consider buying from anyone else but...

This is THE PLACE! In the beginning of this year we set out to purchase a new master bedroom set. When I decide to invest into a big purchase I am the type of person who needs to research and actually touch and feel the items. We went to all of the hot spots in the northeast part of Ohio and discovered all of the Amish made offerings that the big retailers sell. Then we went to the land of the Amish to see what they have in comparison to what our local retail shops have. We went to all of the main stores Amish Country, and for the most part the prices and quality were comprable to what we found locally. And then we went to Dutcraft Furniture and was blown away! The quality of their furniture is second to none, and the staff was very inviting. They can custom make anything you desire and also offer supreme traditional Amish style goods. We ordered a custom king storage bed, mule dresser/mirror, tall dresser, and lingerie chest. They were 2 grand less than the competition. With the savings, we bought a custom hall seat and were still less than the other quotes. We received our stuff after about 6 weeks, which was ahead of schedule. As far as customer service goes, they are the shiznit! We had a small issue with a soft close drawer on one of the items and they made a 45 minute special trip to resolve the problem. THEY CAN'T DO ENOUGH FOR YA! Gary and his staff are the best. I will definately buy from them...

We have bought several items at Dutch Craft Furniture and they are consistently professional, friendly, helpful, and customer oriented.

Our bedroom dressers are custom sized and beautifully crafted. Dutch Craft were easy to work with on modifications to the design we picked! Dressers were delivered as promised and placed in the bedroom with care. The living room end tables ordered at the same time were also custom sized and look great in our home.

Our dining room table was customized for our room and has hidden leaves to add for seating 12. The chairs are wood with upholstered seats and are so comfortable! The mechanisms for the leaves in the table are heavy duty and smooth, easy to work. The two stains we picked are beautiful on the wood and it is so smooth; the craftsmanship is top notch!

We just ordered custom kitchen cabinets from Dutch Craft and the process was easy. We can’t wait to have them delivered and installed!
