Nice and clean and very secure. If you're using one of the side entrances, you're not getting in without your electronic key. Nice feature. Staff is super friendly, especially the director of sales. They will bend over backwards to provide you with the best customer service.

Some people complained about the lack of room maintenance. They tell you when you check in that they don't do maintenance as often as a regular hotel would do. (This is a long-term hotel not a simple night or two stay. You're staying in a reduced version of your own home. You're doing your own meal prep, why should housekeeping have to wash your dishes and clean up your mess ?)

If you need anything you can request it just by dialing zero. Trash can full? Just set it outside the door and the housekeeping staff will take care of it. I love the on-site laundry and you just can't beat it for $1 to wash and dry. It's in the workout room so you can get some exercise while your clothes are getting clean :). The pool is immaculately clean & well maintained. I was very pleasantly surprised by the very diverse selection of foods for breakfast. The coffee is gourmet and absolutely delicious and they always have coffee, fresh oranges and bananas every hour of the day.

The only 'ding' that I can give them is in regards to the business center. Something's wrong with the computers setup because you can only get to the Hilton Honors web page...no Google, Gmail, Expedia, etc. Needed to print something from my email and couldn't get to it. Luckily, there's a Staples at the other end of the parking lot. They are aware of the problem, hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I had the a very alarm and mysterious experience . My mother and I booked a room as we have a previously have so in the past for just fine night as we had plans to attend a local church in the morning . However , not long after we arrive we heard a loud lump outside of the room (in the hallway). I decided to see what the noise was in the hallway and as I was opening the door some unknown white man attempted to enter the room holding some foreign object he struck me through the small opening as I was struggling with him to shut the door . Luckily I managed to get the door shut . My mom immediately called 911. I literally had to be a personal Laizon/investigator after the incident . I called the hotel and police department dozens of times hoping they would & could review the CTTV footage in hopes to determine who the unknown man was ....nobody at the hotel or police department for that matter appear to really care or even take it serious . We immediately left the room and hotel following the incident . We have never figure out what the man wanted or what the purpose was to this day. It was very strange. I feel like the hotel should have taken or take better precautions on who they allow on this different floors of the hotel . I don't believe he was a guest so he shouldn't of been allowed to roam the hotel . I will never stay there again because of the the lack of safety and I really don't recommend anyone do . As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I like to try different properties within Hilton's portfolio when I visit a particular area. This property, despite the quick 2-mile Uber ride to/from the Amtrak/SEPTA station, was worth it. I chose it also because it is walkable to shopping and dining in the immediate area.||Checked in via the app the day before arrival and chose my room. ||My brief interaction with the front desk was cordial and quick, since I already had my Digital Key. Still had to claim my complimentary spring water.||Room was spacious and comfortable. No issues with climate control, TV, or WiFi. Bathroom had ample space for toiletries. No problem with hot water.||Slept comfortably. Interesting feature of Home2 Suites is the hospital-like curtain that can be closed around the bed, which cuts off breezes and any lights that might disturb sleep.||Breakfast was OK; although the choices could have been a little more robust. I would have enjoyed scrambled eggs but that was not available.||Overall this was a good location, with the building set back from the street.
