Overall a good restaurant. Having a meal at a Teppanyaki table is one of a kind experience. Going in a small group can be challenging. We were three of us, so we had to wait for a while to get a table. We had to wait at least 45 mins before getting our salad food served. They do cater well to vegetarians. They prepare the vegetarian meal before cooking any of the meat. Few feedback 1. For vegetarians they have Tofu as the protein. However, we were charged extra for that, while others with meat did not. 2. Tofu was already pre-cooked, which is not a bad thing. However, the food that was served was a softer tofu, so it fell apart. My recommendation would be to serve extra firm tofu. This might not be in line with Japanese cuisine, but that is just easier to serve. 3. I noticed that there was baby corn as part of the vegetables which is great to see. However, the baby corn was canned baby corn. This restaurant sits across one of the largest grocery stores that carry fresh baby corn. My recommendation would be to start using fresh baby corns. 4. Tossing food to the mouth of the guest is one kind experience and it’s a fun one. However, that is only reserved for the meat eaters as this entertainment is provided at the end of the cooking. I had a little child with me, and she felt left out of experience. 5. The vegetables that served were well prepared, however, but could have used little extra sauce. We observed that the vegetables served to the meat eaters were well cooked and had a lot of sauce. 6. Looks like the restaurant was a little understaffed. There was one server who was running around like crazy for all the tables. I felt a little bad for them and it also degraded the service level that I’m sure they would have liked to maintain as an individual. Overall, this was a good experience, but with room for improvements.

*Indoor dining review* We came here as a BIG group for birthday party on Saturday evening, made reservation weeks in advance. While the food and show was good, service seemed to be disorganized and unprepared. Restaurant: 3/5 Service: 2/5 Food: 3/5 Parking: Free parking lot ~Restaurant~ The restaurant at first glance is very big. There are large number of hibachi tables and sections of non-hibachi tables. Restaurant has some very unique decors. ~Service~ As soon as we walked in, we saw a couple yelling at the hostess about how unacceptably slow it was, because another couple apparently arrived later but got seated before them. We thought "Uh oh..." Everyone was crowded between hostess stand and the bar, waiting to be seated. There definitely seemed to be miscommunication issue, and Management was nowhere to be found. Our reservation was for 7PM, but we did not get seated until after 8:30PM. Even after we sat down, and food ordered. There was no questions on what drinks we wanted or if we needed any water. Most of us ended up having to ask for water midway through our meals. ~Food~ We all ordered Hibachi combos (Chicken, Steak, Seafood..etc) All Hibachi items comes with Rice (White rice or fried rice) and Mixed Vegetables. Cooking presentation was great, our Chef was personable and playful. Proteins and Vegetables were cooked nicely, however the fried rice was very under seasoned. In conclusion, much like any Hibachi dinner I've been to. Food is mostly average, the main attraction is always the Cooking show happening right in front of you. It is great to bring anyone who has not been to a Hibachi and watch their reaction for the first time and wow them. But this experience as a whole however was less than ideal.

First we walked in and though there was no one waiting there was also no one at the hostess area to seat us and though multiple people looked over at us multiple times no one bothered to try to seat us until we started trying to get someone. Then for the hibachi grill we had to wait to see if anyone else would show. After buying drinks at the bar and sitting for another 10 min (15 now at this point) we are seated at a grill. Now we are told 15-20 min wait to see if anyone else shows. The drink I got at the bar was awful sugar water so I give our server credit, he was awesome and polite and swapped it out for a sake. 10 min later they decide to start and we are the only 3 for the evening. Our son’s 14th bday, figured AWESOME! We had the most boring chef who over chopped everything and completely overcooked our steaks as he performed NO SHOW. When I said I couldn’t, it was too overcooked he argued with me over what we ordered. I stepped away to compose myself and came back to undercooked steak with over oiled fried rice and grossly misproportioned vegetables across our 3 plates. For the cost I complained and our very nice server got the owner. She was AWFUL. Nothing but excuses. My son had to get up and find his own napkin to spit out eggshells from the inexperienced “chef” and she excused that out too. Dry meat, oily rice, eggshells. Oh and he cleaned the grill while we were eating spraying oil and whatever all over us while eating!!! We have been here so many times over the years, never had these issues. She had no desire to meet us half way. I walked out and waited for my family and when they came out I was told they did nothing to appease how awful it all was, paid full price for such an awful experience. WILL NEVER GO BACK. This place has gone to hell over the...
