Well I went to this store to place some orders online to be delivered to my home. I had 3 ink recycled coupons and I wanted to use them. First he said I can only use one coupon which is BS because everyone who have worked at staples know that ink recycle coupons can be used up to 6 or seven. The only ones that can be used just one per transaction are the ones $10 of a purchase of $10 or more regular price. This dude thought I didn't know how it works. The manager didn't let me make my transactions because he said my coupons have different reward numbers. Which I replied yes they are 3 different coupons with different reward numbers. He made me place my orders again just to waste my time. I used to work for staples for almost 3 years in Miami,Fl. and I quit my job 2 weeks ago to move to Pennsylvania so I knew what I was talking about. I told him to change my rewards number to the correct one because when I place my order I putted my phone number as contact not the rewards but the system automatically used it as rewards and he denied to do it. He kept saying the system didn't let him do it. Like come on. I'm not stupid. I was cashier for 3 years I know that changing a rewards number In the system is so simple. I asked him to showed me and he denied to it. His name is Chris B. Bald old guy. I left the store and went to another one. I'm not stupid I know he could just do it and he didn't. He just made me waste my time. Never coming back to this store. He treated me as I was doing something ilegal with my coupons. Well that's how I felt. Very...
Read moreIt makes me mad how companies have the audacity to take advantage of their costumers, just so they can make an extra dollar. A little while ago my Poppop went to Staples to get his laptop looked at because it wouldn’t start after installing a program onto it. Staples told my Poppop that the issue he was experiencing was “unfixable” and his laptop was now “unusable”, so he bought a new laptop.. Well I finally had the chance to look at his “unusable” laptop (or as Staples claimed) and once I started up the laptop and saw the error message I knew the issue was with the operating system and guess what Staples, I fixed the “unfixable” problem and now the laptop works fine! You conned my Poppop into getting a new laptop, even though the problem was so easy to fix! This is why I don’t go to big companies like Staples or Best Buy, because they will lie to your face about an issue and con you into buying a...
Read moreMy experience = no one appeared to be in training, meaning, anyone I dealt with, had not one problem on computer/register in front of them, I was there to ship something back to MY PILLOW ( best slippers in the world), and it was flawless, that's my experience, and absolutely my opinion on the product, Staples has no opinion!! They are trying to keep employees paid, by processing shipments! They do for alot of companies, I'm sure if everyone picks/ chooses a co. they don't like, and become activists to shut down a service by Staples, all will be shutdown, so leave your politics out of Staples comments, and everyone there keeps their job. Well done citizens now is not the time for boycotting any business, the ppl in charge are boycotting all of us. Kings and Queens, same thing forefathers fought. Wake up! Not at all related to woke. I doubt this makes public, but had...
