Horrible customer service at this location given by Melissa. She was rude and unwilling to help. Appeared distracted. I was here visiting from SD and dropped in to purchase items for DYI project. Approached Melissa for assistance and she had zero knowledge of what products and items were in stock. . We were not even greeted. I am loyal customer but was truly disappointed. This girl has no customer service skills at all. May I suggest some...

There's many people there waiting on line to pay and staff just have 1 self-check open and they have 8 registers..... I asked the girl who was working there why they do that, and she said that the manager told them just to have one self-check open... I visited on Saturday afternoon, and the store was almost full of capacity... with just ONE SELF-CHECK...
