What a horrible experience . we went in on Sunday to get my daughters ears pierced. We stood there for 15 minutes and finally a young lady came in . Looked like she had just got out of bed . After she put her things away she finally made her way over to us . She told us she couldn't pierce my daughters ears as she was not licensed and that the manager had an emergency and would be back on Tuesday. So we made an appointment for 5pm on Tuesday. After taking off work early to get there on time , we were informed by a very rude young man that his manager had an emergency and like the other girl he wasn't licensed to pierce. I was upset as this was my daughters actual birthday and something she had been looking forward to. When I asked why I wasn't called he replied that the manager had an emergency and was still very rude saying haven't you ever had an emergency. I then asked why he hadn't called then since they had my name and number . To which he simply replied because " I just didn't " will never go back there! Young man should not be working anywhere that he has to deal with the public as he is extremely unprofessional and rude ! 0/10. Somebody needs to fix this mess of a jewelry store. Horrible customer service and garbage quality jewelry. Got a ring here and a gem popped out. Got a replacement then 2 weeks later gem popped out of the brand new one. Took it in and casheir tried to give me a refund but she was new and didn't know how to use the computer. Had to come back in when I was next available to waste some more time. Called twice a couple weeks later and some other lady told me I can't get a refund and could only get store credit. Came back to get that credit so I could at least extange it for something else. There was 3 people working there and only 1 other customer but 15 minutes later I was still stading there waiting to be helped. I didn't have the time to stand around and wait for store credit for a trashy piece of jewelry. I've been trying to get them to help me fix this mess for 3 months. Garbage place. Don't waste your time...

I am very disappointed with the service after the sale from this company. I received a bracelet for Christmas and the clasp broke and when they went to return it that’s when the problems started. First they said they head one at another location and would have it sent to the valley river center location so we could get it replaced, so I asked my girlfriend this morning why I still don’t have my bracelet and she said they informed her it was going to be another 2 weeks, now it’s already been a month since we took it in and I know for a fact that it takes that store only 2 days to get an item shipped from the clackamas store. The new crew they have at that store is just horrible, I will never shop at the company again. You have to treat your costumers better after the sale or you will not keep them.
