Highly dissatisfied with the personnel. First time about to walk-in when i was told that i needed my ID to go in. Then another gentleman stated, “you need to bring your tax ID to open up a business”. I stated, i just need to see what you have to know if i want to open up an account. Then the gentleman said to walk in you need to have your tax id for our records. Also stated... “DO YOU THINK OTHER BUSINESSES WILL JUST LET YOU WALK IN LIKE THAT? As a matter of fact they do allow you to walk in. I told them that never mind because i dont want their business anymore.

Great prices & merchandise. I love how they don't allow just anyone in. You need your DL or ID and need to be registered with your tax ID with them. If you're just registered online, you'll also need to be registered with the store. Thank God when I went, I was traveling from the valley (good 8 hrs), and the gentleman at the entrance of the store verified my account with just my DL and allowed me in. The only thing I wish they did do, is be open during the weekend or Saturday at least. 😔 overall, great...
