Amabilia Esparza - State Farm Insurance Agent — Local services in Dallas

AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS AGENT! I just had literally the worst experience ever with Amabilia Esparza, she herself is rude and not nice . I signed up for insurance switching from geicko in early December and was contacted for prior insurance verification by her representative Anthony J Vega, I provided him the insurance paperwork and he assured me I was all set and good to go, this was on Jan 16th. THIS WAS A LIE as my insurance had already been canceled on Jan 12th..., I found out my insurance was canceled without notice to me several months later after January since Anthony did not turn in my paperwork to the underwriters. When I spoke with Amabilia today she was rude, refused to listen to my reasoning and all she did was tell me that I hadn’t paid for my “renters insurance” (State Farm was on auto draft til they “changed my policy” then took off my auto billing). Due to State Farm’s negligence I haven’t had auto insurance nor was I notified until I inquired as to the silence on my auto insurance. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Amabilia in the end told me “we don’t want your business” because she felt “threatened “ as I told her I will write a review of my experience. :) here is that review, AVOID THIS AGENT as all you will get is non communication...

Doing business with Amabelia Esparsa State Farm agency was extremely unprofessional and distrustful. To start with in January 2023, they quoted $160 per month on auto insurance as a bundle with hone insurance at $1974. I was told that an additional discount will be applied once I submitted , which would be $1274. Documents were submitted and on April 1, State Farm charged the full amount to the mortgage escrow. State Farm sent a package with the Beacan. I refused to activate it and Amabelia informed me my auto policy will go up to $236. She also informed me there will not be a discount on my home owners policy because the roofer circled the type of singles and did not checked in the box. I provided a certificate showing the type shingles and she suggested to contract a roofer to sign a document stating the type of roof. I found it very troubling and illegal. Amabelia Esparsa and her team can not be trusted. I was warned by the Allstate agent that people had felt she was not running a trustworthy insurance business. I will be reporting her practices to the Texas State Board...

I cannot thank State Farm enough for the tremendously useful services they offer. While I hope to never need their insurance coverage, it was reassuring to know that they would keep me protected in case of an accident. And when that accident did happen, every agent and adjuster I spoke with went above and beyond to ensure I was aware of every step in the process.

I was impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of every State Farm representative I interacted with. In particular, I would like to give a special thank you to Amber. She was not only knowledgeable and friendly but also down to earth, making the entire process so much easier.

I am truly grateful for the peace of mind that State Farm has provided me with. I will continue to use their services forever and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable insurance...
