Went to mattress firm to get a bed. The person I worked with was alright no special treatment or friendliness. Looked at beds and made my purchase. Wasn’t truly given the chance to read the entire document before I said the paper. Because of COVID the table to sign the paper was 6 feet from his desk and it seemed like he was trying to hurry a bit. Left the store and two days later got my bed. Was super excited. Two days later from sleeping on my bed I had an allergic reaction. Thought it was bed bugs. Called them to let them know what happened and it got sent to corporate.Because I said bed bugs it got sent to corporate.Spoke to Prishila and she said my warranty was canceled, asked for her supervisor. Never got the number but she said that person would get back to me. The supervisor called and left a message on my cell phone I called back and no answer, so I left a message on her phone asking her to contact me at work because I do not get signal on my cell phone at work. She called again on my cell and left a message. Called her back bout 4-5 times no answer and have not received a call back yet. Called both ladies in corporate and both numbers are out of order. Needless to say there is no rectifying of the situation. Call the place where I got the bed to see if there was anything he could do. When I spoke to the same person who sold me the bed he gave me another phone number and said there was nothing he could do. I mentioned I was going to write a bad review to a family member and he started yelling and saying that the review would affect him, he was not concerned that I wake up every night with...
