I'm so fricken irritated right now! I just paid$21 to print out 24 pages!!!!!!! I didn't even need all 24 pages but the cashier didn't want to fricken help me. I get that i came in 15 minutes before closing but i had already emailed it . My printer isn't working and i needed the paperwork filled out by tomorrow morning. Unreal never again! I won't even go to Staples anymore bc the customer service was horrible! I'm a server and if a party of 20 came in i would still give them great service and that would keep me there at least 2 hours longer! Just unreal! 7 of those pages i didn't need but i couldn't figure out how to print the pages i needed when i put in the page numbers it just kept going to all. Thanks very much for the help!!! I was just here earlier the cashier was backed up by herself she still was very helpful! Very kind. Read moreI just spent nearly $500 at this Staples location, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. Sherry, the associate who helped me, was rushed, unhelpful, and dismissive of my questions. Each time I asked for assistance, she quickly brushed me off in order to move on to other customers. If I didn’t want or need help, I could have easily ordered online from Amazon. When shopping in person, I expect staff to be attentive, proactive, and willing to answer questions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. This location needs to do a much better job valuing and supporting its customers.

The customer ahead of me, she asked print a poster, the lady print it out immediately but the job not satisfied the customer so she left. Then it was my turn, I asked the young one, she is really friendly and want to help me, when she check the price with old one, the old one answered, she can’t print it out immediately, ask me pick it up tomorrow, I said can I pick it up tomorrow morning? She said no, afternoon!!! With strong attitude it is a horrible experience!!!
