3 Pepper Burrito Company — Restaurant in Fort Myers

ZERO STAR WORTHY but I had to leave 1 just so I could leave a review. Total waste of time and money. I ordered ahead. Got to the restaurant and I was asked if I was there for a pickup and I said yes. I went to the bathroom and when I came back out they were JUST STARTING THE ORDER. While now making the food I noticed one of the two soft taco shells wasn't whole, it was pressed too much, was going to eventually fall apart AND that's how the employee was going to continue making them. . starting on another customer's order their soft shell wasn't whole either. So I asked the employee to remake the one soft taco shell for my order of tacos and he argued with me about remaking it because there was "nothing wrong with it". This was totally unacceptable and now I wanted my money back. Thing is, they cannot give the money back immediately. . It's a little complicated because I ordered online. So I have to wait for someone to get back to me tomorrow but it was just confirmed at the store that I would not be reimbursed today. I was offered a $15 gift card for the store for my trouble but the funny thing is, my order was over $30 so I wouldn't even receive half the amount I paid for. Poor and unsatisfactory customer service, lack of time management, and employees obviously don't give a care about their jobs, or what ever work standards they are supposed to have. When I placed my online order I was given a pickup time. From that pickup time they didn't start the order until 12mins AFTER the pickup time when I was ALREADY IN THE RESTAURANT. The way management handled the situation shows lack of customer service and professionalism and care for their customers. Careless service and lack of empathy for the inconvenience THEY caused. Too much mismanagement. Food standards should definitely be #1 and not argued over. I simply didn't want my food to fall apart when I got home to eat it. I do not recommend this location. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I'm a military member and this cannot be civilian life! Totally...

4/10/24 UPDATE: Still the best!!! Just can't beat the Wednesday special. $9.00 for a regular burrito, chips and a drink!! It's impossible to find a better deal on a healthy meal that tastes great and fills you up. We try to come every Wednesday. Freshly made tortillas, great meats and vegetables. The burritos are actually warm, not like that other burrito store. Also the ingredients are thoroughly mixed in your burrito so you get a great bite every time. Again, not like that other burrito store. Also the sweet Thai chili sauce is excellent. Come in and let Jay, Mark and Yoslam make you a great burrito!! 🌯 🌯 I am not affiliated with three burritos. 02/28/24 UPDATE: Still the best!! Get the Wednesday special, burrito, chips and a drink all for under $10. Where else can you get a healthy, filling and great tasting meal for that price!! 🌯

One thing I would like to request of all employees. If you have hair hanging over your eyes or face, please put a hat on or tie your hair back so I do not get a hair in my food. Thank you!

Try to educate your staff on how to treat people with decency and respect, let them know that when a costumer asks for something, they are not to throw things on the counter when the costumer is just inches away. I treat everyone with respect as I was taught since I was child, but these kids you have working there, they can't possibly have a rudder attitude, specially the Bratz you had there last night. I was going to give them a lesson in manners, but it's simply not my problem. For me, with not going there ever again is more than enough.
