'what's Freebirds?' "it's like Chipotle." In a world with Chipotle, why settle for something LIKE Chipotle...and saying Freebirds is LIKE Chipotle is quite the stretch at that. The bowls are more expensive, and half as full...so at Freebirds, you pay more and get less than Chipotle. Oh, if you go for 'Monster,' you'll pay $3 more and get a serving that's the average of Chipotle... for about $5 more... wild. The Spanish rice is good, though barley covers the bottom of the bowl... beans are beans, vegetables - you'll receive just enough to say you've eaten vegetables for the day though not enough to check the box on the food pyramid. Service was painfully slow, two customers in front of me were helped by two associates who appeared to be underwhelmed and dissatisfied with their jobs. When getting items from the back they walked as fast as a turtle in a wind storm - maybe not that slow, but damn. When it was finally my turn, no hi rather "what do you want today," when I switched my mind last second on what salsa, the associate appeared annoyed - lady you didn't even pick up the bottle at this point. Paid less at Cowboys stadium for beverages than I did for two bowls at Freebirds. First time experience and extremely under impressed.

Had the most pleasant experience at Freebirds yesterday at Alliance Town Center. I had the most amazing lady who helped me with my meals. Her name was Hannah S. Let me just start by saying •••》WOW! Hannah was ending her shift after what I know had to be a long day. Any day in the restaurant business is long, hard work. She was a DELIGHT. She was so kind, helpful and truly helped me get just what I needed. She gave me just as much attention and care as she probably did for her customers at the beginning of her day. She took time to make sure my dietary need were carefully met. She explained a few new things I have never tried before also. It was just the best service i have received in a very long time. She really made me think about how important it is for human interaction. I have no idea what she gets paid, but this gal needs a raise. She is the kind of empower any restaurant would want in tje front, facing & meeting the customers. FREEBIRD ••••》HANNAH made you look so great as a company! Just thought she deserved to be recognized today.

On my way to work what's headed to Jason's deli when I pulled in the parking lot I saw free birds and so I decided to go in there and stay at maybe I could get them cheaper meal just to steal but cheaper. I ordered the free birds chicken burrito for $8.19 added extra meat and somehow the price jump from $13.48. So the total was $15.97 and then they had two sales taxes, one for the state of Texas and one for the city of fort Worth and I'm just looking at the fact that I've paid $17.29 for a freaking burrito and a brownie. But I do know that the scoops they were using to scoop the food on the burrito where pretty damn small I was a little shocked by that but I will edit my posts after I eat the food take some pictures to show you what it looks. The tortilla was a cayenne pepper maybe it'll be hot, I got double chicken corn, some mild salsa and then put some jalapeno ranch dressing on it with rice, potatoes on it too so didn't have a lot of choices not like Chipotle has or some other burrito places have better choices.

This location has sent me a burrito that was opened and not secure for the delivery person. It has also sent me their smallest burrito which is called the Freebird and I paid for a super monster and preferably manager. Zach says that they have been making them wrong and they were losing meat on their portion size. I said, I understand that, but if I’m used to receiving it this way, you should honor that or at least give me a refund back because that’s why I order the super monster, he offered me their smallest burrito, which was an insult to me and he continued to explain to me about the problems they have at the store like they got a new menu and the new employees haven’t been trained properly on portion size I frequent this business very often And I always get the super monster most of the time and it’s a very large burrito but the one I got in this delivery order was the size of their smallest burrito and so I’ve never bought a super monster this size and it was delivery because had I been in the store I would’ve refused this burrito. I must say I love Freebirds and I love their burritos, but I have two choices now visit another location other than the alliance town center or stop eating with them altogether they don’t honor the points that you earn in the app. Their phones are broken. You can’t get a response with the emails. It’s just getting really bad we live in a world in a generation where people do not respect customer service when I grew up I worked fast food. We would talk to customers always right with Zach. I don’t see how he wants to hold me accountable for their problems I paid for what I want And that’s what I should’ve gotten based on what I’ve...

Some love it. Some don't. I didn't. The staff need to SPEAK UP across the counter, soft spoken is nice, but not with all that background noise. The Burritos needed more kick in my opinion. Meat wasn't very strongly flavored, so rice and beans overpower everything in my free bird size. I actually ate the steak directly and it was very neutral, the chicken has more flavor when I tried a piece out of my daughters burrito. I asked for onions, cilantro, etc, but again couldn't taste any of it paste The cilantro rice and black beans. The menu is deceptive. Looks like the monster burrito is bigger, it is not.. Its an extra scoop of meat. It costs less to just..add a scoop of meat to the free bird. The tortilla isn't even bigger 😒. Half my chips were stale or undercooked, not sure which it was, but they were a disappointment. My queso congealed on top almost immediately. And the chips are not bottomless. The environment is a trendy college hipster vibe. That is fun. The staff dont do anything in the lobby or for you after you order, yet they have tip jars up and it requests a tip on your receipt...why would I do that if you don't even come from behind the counter? Rash was almost overflowing, tables were mostly clean, but not all. Out of regular size cup lids. Out of napkins on one side, luckily my wife got then from the other. Overall, I would say the occupied was...ok. Food was...ok. Service was.. Ok. But nothing I would go out of my way for. My family of four all agreed, probably...

My first experience at freebirds was filled with utter disgust... Waiting in line, just at the end of the lunch rush, I see an employee rubbing the counters with a gross multicolored rag. In him doing this, food is flying everywhere, into the different food bins, on the floor, in the bucket he is holding. Nasty. As he is doing this, I see the other employees, in between serving people, rubbing off the extra food residue off their trays with paper towel, then tossing the towel into an already full trashcan. Their trays are all smudged with different salsas and sauces, paper towel helping nothing. I was with a friend, and so I didn't leave immediately then. When I finally get a service person to serve me, she was sweet and kind, I told her it was my first time, she was patient with me as I picked out what I wanted. When I started eating my food, none of it tasted or looked fresh, I poured the hot sauce, they leave on their tables, all over my food to add taste to it. The tables were dirty, the floors and corners were all unclean, the bathroom was surprisingly clean. As I was just about done with my burrito, ready to leave and never return.... I find this black strand of hair, deep into my food... There was no way it was mine, because it was stuck in my food... Awful experience, disgusting place,...
