It's tough to put into words the experience I had at this store yesterday. It was THE most disrespectful experience I've EVER had in my life as a customer in a business. I left feeling bewildered, confused, and in total shock at the way I was treated...
I recently shattered the screen on my iPad pro(a gift from my father.) It still worked perfectly, just a broken screen. Luckily he purchased apple care +. I thought taking it to geek squad would be a quicker way to get it fixed then mailing it to apple and would be just a quick pit stop with my son on the way home from school. After all I had an appointment and printed out the proof of purchase and device coverage. My 5yr old son and I end up standing at the service counter for over an hour.(if u have kids, you know that is A LOT of time.)
I was greeted with an overtly rude raised voice by one employee and directed to a separate counter then the rest of the customers. I hand them the ipad and my proof of purchase. He directs me to turn off find my device then tells me they needed to "run a diagnostic" in the back and to hang tight.(odd for what is very obviously just a shattered screen) I didn't think much of it and talked to my son about his day at school while we waited.
More and more time passes I start to wonder whats going on.. Im told its "system issues" on their side by the gentleman helping me. He seems to be having a lot of trouble with whatever hes trying to do.
Ever more time passes and I tell the man that if the system is giving him hell I can just take it home and mail it in to apple myself, they seemed to be having a day & its no big deal. We are 45 minutes in at this point....my son is restless, I'm restless. Another 10 min go's by and now I'm watching this man stare at several sheets of paper like he is looking for something... Another few min go's by, I sign some papers and then I am FINALLY told after all this that they don't fix the ipad pros and they will be sending it to apple. Apple will send them a new one and they will call me when it arrives...the same thing i could have done from home.
I have to ASK the man for a receipt or SOMETHING that shows that a transaction took place here. He acts surprised and fumbles around the stack of papers in his hand. Makes a xerox copy of it and asks if I am really who i say I am as he hands it over. WOW! I pulled out my wallet and showed him my ID, in total disbelief....
Being a local business owner myself, I never write negative reviews, especially long winded ones. But something is going on here that is not right and others should know.
UPDATE 11/29 : My service date was 11/12. No conact. No updates. I've Been on the phone with apple for going on 3 hours. My call was escalated to an Apple senior advisor and now to customer relations as they attempt to figure out what the hell this store did with my ipad. WORST.EXPERIENCE.EVER.

My tv was covered by Geed squad, I sent my tv for repair, then they returned it without it is being repaired. When i picked it up, the right customer service will be to explain me the reason my tv was not repaired, I just found out when I got home.
