Davies Appliance — Local services in Fremont

I had a very disappointing experience with this appliance store. They initially provided me with a quote on a gas cooktop that was better than any other stores I had checked. After confirming the purchase and spending time going back and forth, they suddenly told me they couldn’t sell it because they decided to keep it as a display unit instead.

Not only did they fail to honor the price they offered, but they also wasted my time and effort, especially during the busy July 4th weekend sale when I could have purchased elsewhere. I discovered Davies Appliance's Fremont location based on an online search in March. I didn't quite have a stellar experience with another independently owned appliance store that is also located in the same county.

Dan Lanting has been wonderful to work with and immediately I can tell he was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest based on our first phone conversation.

Davies Appliances in Fremont has a beautiful showroom and a wonderful staff. I worked with Brandon Morelli, who was very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made sure to match and even beat all the local prices, and his service was far better than what we experienced at other Bay Area stores.

We did a full kitchen remodel, and Brandon kept us updated throughout the entire project. The installers were also fantastic and made the process smooth from start to finish.
