If you read my reviews in the past you know that my husband and I stay at multiple hotels per month because we travel the country as truck drivers. Because we were bobtailing which means, we didn't have our 53-foot trailer we were able to park in the lot of this hotel. There were a couple of trucks already there so this particular hotel is trucker friendly mostly bobtail friendly. They had an indoor pool like most of the comfort inn & suites do and they also had a laundry room as well as a gym. My husband and I have really been seeking to have a healthier lifestyle so we always prefer to stay at a hotel that has a gym. This particular gym had two treadmills as well as an elliptical. Unfortunately the weight machine that they had was not working. But I take my workout gear everywhere with me I usually use weight bands and I can increase the intensity of the bands so I always have my workout equipment with me whether their equipment is working or not. The breakfast was pretty nice, they had bacon eggs and the other continental breakfast items that were used to. They also had a passion fruit and orange drink oh my gosh, that was awesome! There were two things I thought that were strange about this hotel first of all, the elevator. The elevator had an exterior door. Basically, once you exit the elevator and the regular door slides closed there was a door outside of the elevator that you can literally close and the elevator not even be seen 🫨 The elevator situation was very strange to me but then there was the bathroom door on the inside of the room. It pulled out versus pushing inward like most bathroom doors. Overall, the room was spotless. They take very good care of this hotel and we always appreciate a clean hotel. The bed was so comfortable literally the moment after I took a shower and laid down I was out like a light. So to the folks at the country Inn & suites by Radisson we want to thank you so much for providing us with such a pleasant stay and the 12:00 p.m. check out time was on point 👉🏽

Initially I was going to stay in Madera at Springfield Suites and make my way to Fresno but the night person working the desk there seemed like something was up his pants. So I opted to just drive to Fresno and cross my fingers there was a place reasonably priced for a short check-in/check-out. I was greeted by Hannah whom was very friendly (goddess-like if compared to the grumpy guy at Springfield). It was refreshing especially after that experience in Madera and exhaustion from driving at 12AM. Because I was checking in after 12AM, I was told I would be billed an extra $100. I informed Hannah that I was going to check out same day before noon. Hopefully I won’t be charged the extra $100. I really appreciated the front desk service. The room is nice. Not fancy but it works perfect for a short stay. Appears clean and wall unit is controlled by separate thermostat. It’s 2AM and I’m going to catch some sleep before I complete this review.

I stayed in room 305. Read more for details! The outside of the building looked really nice as well as the inside and it smelt beautiful when I walked in. My huge problem is the room. I feel I paid for a Motel 6 at a Hotel price. As soon as I walked into the room, it had a smell to it. Then the room had stains on the floor, one of the chairs was missing 100% of its Plerther ( looks like a cat destroyed it) and the red chair also had stains on it. The beds were HORRIBLE. Super stiff super not comfortable what so ever. When I woke up in the morning, I have 7 bumps (not going to say bites because idk if they are bites for sure) on my left arm and I have a BIG RASH ON BOTH SIDES OF MY FACE AND MY FACE IS SUPER ITCHY!!! Tbh I’m pissed! but there’s nothing much I can do about this. I’ve stayed at some really nice hotels for this price before such as ones in Redding, Stockton, San Francisco, Reno etc. This was honestly not worth the money.

I am a Comfort Inn and Suites member and stayed at this location about seven times last year. Overall, my experiences have been fine, though the hot tub has consistently been closed, despite promises it would be fixed. This time, however, my check-in experience was frustrating and disappointing.

When I arrived, the front desk employee seemed overwhelmed and unsure of what she was doing. I explained that I had paid for the room online, but she insisted on charging me again because the system showed it wasn’t paid. While this wasn’t how things had worked in the past, I let it slide. Then she mentioned a deposit, which is standard, but when I asked to split the payment—putting the room charge on my debit card and the deposit on my credit card—she flatly refused. She claimed it couldn’t be done, even though I’d done it this way at the same hotel before.

I explained I didn’t want the deposit on my debit card since it would tie up funds, but she just kept repeating her earlier statement. When I asked her to call a manager, she reluctantly agreed but came back, slammed the phone on the desk, and reiterated the same information without resolving anything. I pointed out again that this wasn’t correct, and she went back to the phone. After returning, she told me she wasn’t trained for this and didn’t like my attitude. She called the manager again, but this time refused to let me speak with them, insisting she was doing everything she could to help me.

At this point, I was completely frustrated. I told her she hadn’t actually done anything but repeat herself and argue with me. Eventually, she processed the deposit on my credit card, and—as I’d suspected all along—confirmed my room had already been paid for online.

This interaction left me questioning whether the staff at this location is properly trained. My wife wanted to leave, but since we’d already paid, I decided to stay. It feels like this location has a high turnover rate, resulting in untrained employees at the front desk who are unable or unwilling to provide proper customer service. This experience makes me hesitant to return, despite being a loyal member.

Side Note: please fix the hot-tub its been down for probably a year now. Last time I inquired I was told they was working on fixing it, however i dont see any movement on...

I have stayed in this place for probably 20 times last few years and always liked it instead of the Radisson downtown as it’s in the N Fresno area. But the last time I stayed a few months ago I parked my Audi SUV in the back lot as usual facing the door. Well guess what at 3 am the manager on duty called my room to inform me a group of guys in a car just pulled up and broke into my car smashing both passenger side windows and grabbed whatever they could as the manager saw on their CCTV and rushed out to confront them and they took off in the car. She called police and they showed up soon but not much they can do.

I had nothing in my car except one of those trunk storage containers but there was nothing inside really but in the rear seat they did take my two old CD holders which their maybe was 30 CD’s inside lol

The most valuable item was my pair of raybans that were in the front seat that they didn’t see lol thank goodness.

The next day it costed me $700 to replace both pieces of glass and since I had to wait for the mobile glass guy to come in late afternoon I ask the hotel manager if I can stay another night and get it comp since my car was broken into. The duty manager is a very nice guy but he said no at first but later he came back and said after talking to the owner they agreed to comp a night. But by 7pm the mobile glass guy finished the job and by then I had no mood to stay the night as it costed me $700! And the manger made me feel like the comp ( $65 a night) was a big deal so I just checked out and left. Never going back for sure as I asked if I can get a copy of the CCTV video and they said come back the next day so after I got the video I saw it and just was disgusted 😩. The funny thing is my SUV is 2007 and there were several cars parked next to me which were much newer than mine!! I guess at night my car still looks new lol. I have since learned that these break ins are happening more now around town so be careful where you park and make sure nothing tempting is visible as the video I viewed show the guys jump out of their car and quickly use their flashlight to scan the cars. The manager was nice enough to tell me the next time I come to called so they can reserve a nice front spot for me to park 😏but I haven’t...

After a long day of work, I drove my two boys down to the Kids Folkstyle Wrestling Tournament (3/14/25 - 3/16/25) from the bay area. We checked into the hotel around 10:15 p.m. and went to our room (Room 317) to unpack and relax. I than noticed that there wasn't enough towels for us, so I decided to go down to the front desk to get one more towel and look at the gym. Once I returned to the room, I could see light shinning through the door frame. I took a closer look and could see the locking mechanism (latch) from outside the room. Before I inserted the key card in the card reader I inserted the key card in the crack and manipulated the lock. It took me less than 6 seconds to open the door.

Seeing how fast I was able to open the door, I went back down to the front desk. I asked for a room change, but was denied. I was told they were all booked for the night. I stepped aside so the employee could help the next two families. Those families were able to get rooms, after I was denied a room change. After complaining about the door and what I just saw and heard with the time being approximately 11:00 p.m., Natalie the employee told me, "It sounds like you want to leave." Seeing that this wasn't going anywhere I asked for the corporate number which Natalie didn't know or knew how to get. But I was able to get the two business cards on the counter and went back to the room.

The next morning we packed our belongings and headed down to the front desk before leaving. I spoke with Andrea, who informed me that they have a room available, but the housekeeper still needs to clean it. So, really not avaliable. I told Andrea, we will take it, but we need to leave for the tournament. With that we loaded the car a headed to the tournament for the day. We paid for two nights and couldn't even leave our stuff in the hotel room.

Back from day one of the tournament, we get the new room (Room 319). Again we had another issue, but didn't notice until we where at day two of the tournament. Our phones never charged during the night. The outlets and USB outlets in the nightstand didn't charge the phones.

Lastly at approximately 3 p.m. on March 17th, I had to call the hotel and asked to take with a manager.

That's strike 3 for you County Inn & Suites by Radisson...
