Don’t do business here. I made an order here yesterday and they just didn’t feel like filling it. Hours before closing I made an order and it was on processing the entire time. I went in before they closed and the short haired woman by the customer service desk was chatting it up with a bunch of other muppets, clearly didn’t have anything pressing to do. I mention this because, going forward, it’s important to understand they weren’t busy or something.
I asked for my order and instead of having a couple of the many free employees get my very small list of items I ordered hours before, they basically said they didn’t want to and to wait until tomorrow. They said they had up to two hours to fill an order and if they don’t fill it, they hold it until the following day. I told them that I ordered almost exactly two hours ago, and they said “up to” so they could have easily done it at any point before then. At that point whoever I was speaking to didn’t really have an answer and told me they weren’t filling my order.
When I left, there were cars outside in the pickup zone getting their orders filled. There were human beings who could have filled my order and there were other cars that were getting their orders. They just chose not to fill my order out of laziness. Again do not shop here, go to the Target at river park....
Read moreMy sister and mom had a dreadful experience this morning. Before they entered the store, one of the security personnel immediately stalked into the store to watch them. He was so anxious to follow them that he walked in the store ahead of them, and did not greet them or say anything. Throughout their shopping experience, the security personnel was following them, aisle to aisle, treating them as shoplifting suspects. My sister saw him at the end of the aisle, eyes beaming at them in a psychopathic glare that made her feel so uncomfortable, almost as if she was being profiled. After 20 minutes of being watched, they complained to one of the team members nearby. The team member said that she will reprimand him for his unethical behavior. However, that didn't stop him from remote calling other security personnel on the shift to continue harassing them as they continued to shop. This is unacceptable and illegal to profile particular customers and treat them as if they are shoplifters when they aren't. Customer service and helping with assistance is one thing, but stalking someone to the point of confrontation is another. We are definitely reporting this...
Read moreWhile I usually like shopping at Target, I was disappointed with my recent experience at this location the other day. I felt as if the shoppers who were brave enough to venture out into the store to shop were almost invisible and not as important as the shoppers who shopped online. Seeing so many prime located parking spaces designated for curbside pickup was the beginning. We had to park quite a distance from the store to shop. Once inside, there was a wait for the women's restroom. I stood in line waiting. Two female employees walked right in front of me to get ahead of me in line while I waited. I guess standing in line made me invisible? Once I left the restroom, I saw too many employees and customers not wearing masks or wearing them well below their noses. I wanted to shop for several items, but seeing the lack of face masks made me too uncomfortable. As I left the store, I saw an area up front designated for storage for curbside pickup. That further reinforced my feeling that in store shoppers may not be as valued as online shoppers at this location. I will try another Target and hope that my experience there is...
