Hello. On 04/27/2024, I accidentally placed an order to this location for an order that cost $53.30. Now, I reached out to this location by phone and let them know that I accidentally sent the order to the incorrect location and asked them about how to cancel the order. The manager on shift told the employee on the phone I was speaking with that they could not process the refund since the order was placed on the Taco Bell app and that I would have to do it through customer service on the app. I understood and thanked them for the advice. I then had to place the same order at the correct location so I could make sure that the order I needed could be processed and picked up. So, I essentially paid for the order twice, one at each location. But only received one physical order. Now, fast forward to today and I STILL haven’t heard back from customer service and still paid for an order I never got. Now, I understand that I made an error. However, no one has reached out to discuss what happened with me, and to see if anything can be done. I wasn’t able to get expecting a miracle, or even a refund. I was hoping for a credit at least for the amount for the order I never got. But if that wasn’t possible due to my error, I would have understood. But no one emailed. No one called. I am being completely ignored. Now, 2 plus weeks have gone by and I have not received an email other than an automated response that says, “ Thank you for taking the time to share about your recent experience.” So, all of this ends up with Taco Bell essentially stealing $53.30 from me for food I never received or consumed. So, until someone from Taco Bell has the courtesy to reach out to me discuss me like a human being, and not be treated like a walking dollar sign, I will continue to put Taco Bell on blast.

Read moreDonna is incredibly unprofessional. She walks up to tables and will bother them talking about how her car doesn't have AC and that she has arthritis. Nobody wants to hear that. She begs people to do the survey over and over. I had to tell her to stop bothering me and she still won't leave me alone. I will be wearing headphones on and she will stand there like a homeless person asking for food and I will gesture her to go away and she will still stand there like a homeless person. This makes angry. Her voice sounds like she smoked packs of cigarettes everyday for her entire life. You need to tell this gross old hag to stop pestering people. She approaches tables with a "poor me, please help me " attitude. Disgusting. This needs to be addressed and handled. She told a table of other customers that I never want to do the survey. That is unprofessional. I want this person fired. She will try to ask tables for their names when they are eating together and she'll say weird stuff like "oh I'm your friend right? We are friends?" no you dumb old lady this is Taco Bell and she's not a restaurant host like she tells customers who are trying to eat. This is ridiculous. The reason for the low rating is first off, the place was nasty, tables unclean, sauce and trash on empty tables, backpacks on handicap table with no one there. My dad spilled a drink, I did my best to clean it up and I notified the staff at the counter about the spill, and he said thanks, I told him that someone should mop this up before anyone has a accident, he said he would take care of it. Even though a employee was sitting right beside us, watching a video on her phone, she did not even move an inch when she saw a 80year old man, having trouble and spilling his drink, she just sit there. The employee behind the counter came out in about 10 minutes, while on his way to eat his lunch I guess, he dropped off a sign that said wet floor, that is it! Nothing else.
