Noodle Wave Garland — Restaurant in Garland

At 936 pm , they told us kitchen closes at 945 pm 10 min later , 955 pm they bring out food . We came to celebrate my daughter's graduation right after the ceremony. They forgot to bring out HER food, THE PERSON WHO HAD THE SPECIAL OCCASSION!! We didn't say anything because we expected that they'll bring it out soon enough BUT 6 MINS into eating, ( at 1001 pm.) Staff tell us they are CLOSING AND KICKS US OUT!

The kicker is that they kept telling us (4 times) that they are being nice enough to not charge us for the food my daughter didn't get , like that would have made the big difference in our experience. These people are a joke.

We paid $ 270 for the food . They also automatically added a $33 tip.

To be expected to eat and get out in 6 mins is WRONG. These people treat their customers really poorly. I feel like they should have done the right thing and said, "hey the kitchen closes at 945 pm and we have a strict policy where the restaurant closes at 10 pm. We know that your not going to be able to decently enjoy your food . We hate to do this but it might be better if your guys went somewhere else. "

*But NO!! These people saw that there was 9 people in our party and saw this as a good opportunity to make a few hundred dollars in the last * 15 MINUTES til closing. let me say that again these people made $ 270 in 15 mins and kicked us out on a Graduation dinner!!!!!!! Where the graduating person DIDNT GET TO EAT!!!!!

Thanksgiving week break allowed us to experience new places to eat as a family. After running around, this place called our attention. Arriving you see it's located at the edge of a strip mall and next to a national franchise that can be problematic for parking. As you enter, it seemed fuzzy whether or not we could eat at the establishment. We asked the young man at the door, and well, his short response was an omen for what was to come. The inside of the establishment was attractive yet small due to its location. Our drink order was taken and menus were brought to us. While selecting our dishes my sons and I went to the restroom to wash our hands and they were also very eye pleasing. The young man at the door came to take our order and we weren't ready so he suggested some items. Now this might seem good customer service yet his approach was in a scolding way. We finally placed our order. The kids ordered off the kids menu orange and sesame chicken which comes in a tray set up with rice and egg roll. As appetizers we had the rolls, while I ordered the fried rice and wife the Pad see chicken. The food arrived in average time yet service was not improving. I felt like we were an inconvenience to the server. I thought of comedy skit, "You're here not 4 hours but 4 minutes." As seen on the picture the kids plates were a good size. The rice had authentic fresh taste along with the Pad chicken. They automatically charge 15% gratuity for parties of 5, counting my 2 year old who only had rice. My family of four absolutely loves NoodleWave in Garland. This place is a gem! Without hesitation, we give it 5 stars—it’s an 11 out of 10 recommendation. From the moment you walk in, you know you’re in for an exceptional dining experience.

The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Each dish bursts with flavor, and I love that they let you customize your spice level to suit your preference. Their menu is an incredible mix of Thai cuisine with touches of other Asian influences like Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese. It’s so convenient to enjoy this variety in one place without ever compromising on quality.

The staff here are phenomenal. They’re attentive without hovering, always friendly, warm, and genuinely happy to serve you. Keeping drinks full is a must for me, as I drink a lot of water with my meals, and they’ve never let me down. Their attention to detail and hospitality elevate the entire experience.

The prices are very reasonable, especially for the generous portions and incredible flavor. They also offer wonderful specials, amazing teas and coffees, and their ice cream is a perfect way to end the meal.

The ambiance deserves special mention—this restaurant is spotless, with beautiful decor that creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.
