My subject of interest was an electrical adapter suitable for the L E D series. Being unable to obtain the required adapter, even from few renowned stores that deal with electrical sundry items, I was guided to BEST BUY, from one such renowned store. When I entered the sprawling store, I did get an impression that an ocean of items and articles are neatly displayed in an organised logical method to cater the needs and requirements of genuine customer. They had manned every aisle with associates who had in-depth knowledge and sense of great salesmanship. At the very first department that I approached, the stationed associate welcomed invitingly and evinced interest in knowing my requirements. It was one word from me " Adapter " and viewing the console, he promptly suggested Universal type. Not only that, but also, he reached out the shelf and brought the adapter in no time. It was just like a flash that the Sales Associate, TONY, brought me the adapter and detailed its functionality as well as accompanying accessories that help various levels of power output and different types of output tips. I was extremely satisfied with the item and the swiftness with which TONY took care of my need. I was driving back just in less than Five minuets. Great service, swift and specific. Read moreWe were very disappointed. We can here to buy a present for a birthday gift and their site indicated it was un stock. Went into the store, they didn't have it on display and did not have in stock. An associate approached us to "offer help." All she did was check on her device and she said she didn't have it and walked away. It felt like she couldn't be bothered. And it's not like it was busy because there were only a couple of customets in the entire store.
We were very irritated with the lack of customer service. I checked back on my phone with the product we were interested in. Best Buy online showed in stock and can be delivered the next day. We walked out and I ordered it online. The next day, at the end of the day, I get notification that shipping was delayed to following day. We figured ok, we might still get it in time for the party. The next day, we got another notification of delay. Well....we did not receive it in time and my son went to the party with any gift to give.
This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and felt very dissatisfied with Best Buy.. ..I felt like the associate missed a customer satisfaction...
Read moreI bought a TV through Amazon that I could pick up through Best Buy. Went to curbside pickup, even though I didn't request it that way. The sign at curbside said to push button on order to let customer service know I've arrived. Since I ordered through Amazon, there was nothing I could do to let them know I was there. I also tried calling the main number, but, that's a rabbit hole of options that didn't work. Ugh, I guess I have to get my lazy a* out of the truck....until another car pulled up next to me and had curbside pickup! Right away an associate came out! Yay! After he handed the order to the customer, I asked him if I could get the order brought out. He pulled up my order and within 2 minutes (maybe less) my order was in the truck and my lazy a* stayed put! Woohoo! I love curbside pickup and Best Buy...
