This is a terrible place to get Pho. You are better off driving an extra 15 or 30 minutes to buy Pho in Morgan Hill or San Jose.
Problem 1: prices are exorbitant, it costs $15 for a regular sized pho, when other places in the South Bay Area cost $10 or $11
Problem 2: slow and terrible service. We were seated at around 7pm on a Tuesday evening - well before closing time. We waited over 45 minutes and weren’t served anything, not even water. In the time that I waited, at least three people who had ordered online came to pick up their orders, and they all had to wait 15+ minutes.
Worst part is, there were three employees just lounging around pretending to look busy, and whenever anybody in the restaurant asked how much longer they had to wait, they just kept saying “oh, yours is next, just wait ten minutes”
Totally unprofessional restaurant - and the biggest tell is that there were no Vietnamese customers. When there are no Vietnamese customers at a Pho restaurant, that’s when you know it’s...
Read moreStopped by in my way through town, ordered pho with well done brisket and tendon. Lady at the register was very sweet and verified at least 3 times ... brisket and trendon. She rang up #15, bc they didn't have a number for exactly what i wanted but she went back there to let them know and said ok brisket and tendon.
I got my order and drove 2 hrs to the beach where we planned to eat lunch. I opened it and it was NOT brisket and tendon ... it was exactly #15 which comes with raw stake ... after 2 hrs in the car the stake was no longer good and the soup no longer hot enough to "cook it". It was not what i wanted and i was very disappointed.
Moral of the story, if you get something here double check it before you leave the store. I know it's tacky to do and feels weird but they don't pay attention and you may get what you really don't want.
Overall the store seamed fine, they had many people eating there. I personally found the portion avg in size and kinda...
Read moreBy far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. First we were sat and waited for over ten minutes before we got the menu. I had to raise my hand like I was back in 3rd grade to get our server’s attention to tell him we didn’t get menus. Honest mistake. I get that so we brushed it off no big deal. Took another 10 mins for him to stop yapping with every other table to take our order. Our order was easy since you just order by numbers. We ordered 3 number 28’s and 1 number 7. Then we waited, and waited. The server was standing next to the cash register and stared at our table at least a dozen times. People around our table we getting served even though they were seated after us. Finally I had to call the guy over and he said oh I’ll check. I realized that he forgot to punch in the order and I went up to him to ask for an explanation. No apologies just It’s coming. We just left... one hour wait for a pho place...
