America's Mattress/ The Sleep Shop — Hotel in Glenwood Springs

A most unusual customer service experience! I don't know how my experience with America's Mattress could have gone better! From the sales and follow-up to the delivery of my new mattress and bedframe moved smoothly, timely, and, importantly, professionally.

Ryan & Brady in sales & follow-up handled my repetitive questions (from purchase to delivery) with patience and understanding. However, it was the delivery experience about which I was the most pleasantly surprised!

I find excellent customer service to be an anomaly in our culture. However, I was fortunate enough to receive such service when Dillon & Michael delivered my new mattress & bedframe to my new home.

Amidst the moving chaos, Michael & Dillon unloaded the products, took them up (via elevator) to the 4th floor of the building, and then, meticulously, set-up both. A family member was going to assist me in affixing felt tabs to each leg of the bedframe (as the flooring is faux hardwood).

Instead, Dillon & Michael assumed the task, voluntarily, and did it far quicker than I'm sure others could have. Patiently they explained steps I should take to make sure I would get the best and longest use out of my new mattress.

Of course, they removed all packaging material from my home. However, the fact that Dillon & Michael, via phone calls (throughout delivery day), kept me posted on their likely arrival times also was an added service that was beneficial, especially given all that was happening with my move.

By the way, the actual product delivered was the "right choice". I'm appreciative of Ryan's assistance as I reviewed, then chose, the mattress most appropriate (and at a reasonable price) for my particular needs at this stage of my life.

I reiterate: The positive experience I had with the team (with whom I associated) at America's Mattress was, indeed, a surprising pleasure. Needlessly, I was concerned, even worried, about timely follow-up and delivery.

As I said above, I don't know how the service provided by Ryan, Brady, and, most especially, Dillon & Michael could have been more positive. The team exceeded my expectations... for which I am sincerely appreciative! I thank you!

DON'T THINK TWICE. Brady and America's Mattress will take care of you. I can't remember ever writing a review, but it was so warranted, here you go. We have a second home in the valley. I had little time to buy a mattress on a ski trip. Glenwood offered two choices for luxury mattresses. I was certain I would buy a tempurpedic which is sold a few doors down. There was little interest there is my potential purchase, and it would have taken 3 weeks for any delivery. I was told it is because they are so popular a scare. I knew this was not true as they are available for immediate ship online everywhere. I left feeling I would be over paying, and learned nothing of the new mattress line. AMERICAN MATTRESS, especially Brady went over and above like a consulate professional. He knew the facts about each option they sell, he beat the price online substantially on a new Sealy I Comfort mattress, and had it delivered the next day. When the delivery team forgot to bring the mattress cover and we were leaving town, Brady drove the mattress cover to our condo 20 miles away after work. This is over the top customer service. There was zero smoke and mirror. He told me if I could wait 6 weeks a floor model would be available and I would save 500.00. I believe Brady had my interest at the core of the sales process. Based on my recent experience, I would recommend America's Mattress without hesitation.

I was about to purchase a mattress from American Home Furniture down the block, but I'm so relieved that I checked with America's Mattress first. A previous name brand mattress from that other store had shown early signs of wear, including a busted spring.

Fortunately, the knowledgeable Brady at America's Mattress prevented me from making a big mistake. Brady explained the difference between the two stores , assuring me that America's Mattress is a family-owned company that stand behind its products. The other store did not.

Brady offered me a terrific deal but did not pressure me to decide. He was patient during my deliberations and answered all of my questions. He arranged to have the mattress delivered the next day (and thanks to the immensely helpful Kaleb & Franklin, it was on time). For a minimal fee they removed my old mattress. Later, when I had a follow-up question and left a message, Brady promptly returned my call.

Personal and attentive customer service like that is almost impossible to find these days. I'm very glad I decided to buy from America's Mattress, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
