America's Mattress Outlet Superstore — Hotel in Grand Junction

Sales staff Grand Junction store is less than desired. Glenwood/Montrose staff AMAZING! Products sold are hit/miss. Purchased 5 beds total. One in Montrose, One in Glenwood & 3 in Grand Junction. Don't love any of the beds but one worked out well, as it's a spare guest room bed. I have purchased 4 pillows & LOVE THEM!!

Three of the purchased beds: Beautyrest Black line: K-Class Plush 2023 pillow top, K-Class Firm 2023 pillow top, Series 3 Medium 2024.... top layers w/ various materials touted are not so great, off-gassing is horrific (supposedly high quality natural materials & won't smell, but trust me... stunk for weeks, had to be aired out before you could put sheets on to sleep) and lastly, the foundation is actually pretty good. With any of these beds, if you want immediate comfort, you won't get it.... they all have to be worked in & it takes FOREVER, especially if you have a small frame. My Size: 5'5' - 130lbs

K-Class Plush 2023 - Instant banana hammock, never gets better but worse. An absolutely horrible bed unless you want to sleep with your legs up, hips fully sunken in & head/neck unpleasantly crooked from all the sink in the middle at the hips. HATED IT!! Don't have anything nice to say. The price, NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! Buy a different company's plush pillow top and get a better, more comfortable bed.

Please note my favorite bed of all time was the Denver Mattress CO. Vail Plush Mattress w/ 4" pillow top. Discontinued, but lasted 18yrs and zero work in time, it was perfect from day one!!!!

K-Class Firm 2023 - Stiff to start, will work in after weeks of sleeping on it, all sides/spots (constant rotation to work it in). Then, once worked in.... it gets softer and softer, so be prepared for a bed that is NOT firm. Works somewhat for side/back sleeping, but I still have arm numbness and sore shoulders. Works terrible for stomach sleeping. Works okay for back sleeping according to my husband but he wishes it did not sink as much as it does and wished it had remained firm. Deeply regrets not getting a better bed from a different company. The worked in softness, def no longer comfortable firmness after 5 months, makes my hips and lower back sore if I sleep on it more than two nights at a time. So, I don't sleep on it nightly, only the weekends with hubby. This bed does have a good support base which is why my husband still sleeps on it and he does not really move around at night. The base layers will likely hold up alright but top layers will definitely not. Therefore, more wasted money .

New Series 3 Medium 2024 - Stiff to start, will work in after weeks of sleeping on it, all sides/spots (constant rotation to work it in). Once worked in, after a few months, it feels fairly nice. Not soft, not really too firm and holds a person well with good support base layers. Time will tell how the top layers will hold up. On this bed, I can transition from my side(s) to stomach to back and still feel supported. I do note that I do have arm numbness/tingling if I sleep too long on my side, so that wakes me up and I have to move to a differeent position till it subsides. I do also note stiff shoulders/hips upon waking, even after 5 months but this soreness mostly goes away once I am up for the day, mostly.

When considering the costs for these beds, they are not really worth it.... you'll need to purchase additional toppers for better support and appropriate softness/comfort. I say, why bother as I paid $2k - $4+k each bed and I am still looking for different beds and/or add on toppers - Overall Thoughts: Go get a better quality bed from a different company. That's what I'll be doing again as none of these were very good.

If you want a great, really great pillow from America's Mattress, purchase the Malouf Active Dough in CBD, Lavender and other types. It's truly AWESOME!! Warrantied for 5yr, but I only got 3.5yr... doesn't bother me though, because high quality down pillows don't even last that long. Totally...

My husband and I bought a mattress from Ryan at America’s mattress 5 years ago, and it started to sag a few months ago. Without thinking about going in to talk to America’s Mattress about it, we took the plunge and bought a Casper king bed and foundation to the tune of $1800. We might have well just used a sheet of plywood in the garage... in fact that would probably have been more comfortable.

Around the time we were initially being boarded on the Casper, I stopped by America’s mattress to buy new pillows. To my surprise, Ryan walks out to greet me after 5 years! I explain our conundrum to him, and two days later, employees were out photographing our old mattress for warranty. But.... somewhere in our mattress’ travels, the tag separated from the mattress. Also known as, good luck getting warranty without the serial number and stuff :-(

Thinking we would be prudent shoppers, my husband and I spent 1.5 hours at Sleep Number and another 1.5 hours at Mattress Firm. We did not care for the Sleep Number, largely because of the price and the feel of a glorified air bed. Mattress Firm just didn’t have a mattress the we liked, and we didn’t like the chain feel to it.

So, we returned to buy from Ryan at America’s Mattress, and I’m so glad we did. Ryan, Mike, and the team at America’s mattress took care of us, and gave us a great discount even though our old mattress was unable to be warrantied. We finally found a mattress we loved, and after my husband folded us into a sandwich, we splurged on the adjustable frame as well!

My husband and I will sleep easier too, knowing that we have allies and people who truly care about our sleep at...

I arrived on Black Friday around 10:30 am. I was greeted warmly by Steve Attarian. I walked in knowing absolutely nothing about beds and what I needed. My husband and I have not bought a new bed in over 20 years. I have been having very bad body soreness and back pain for about 3 years. Steve took over 2 hours to find out what would be the best fit for me and my husband. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient to me. He knew I needed a new bed ASAP and was determined to find just the right one and most importantly just the right price. He jumped through hoops to make sure I was sleeping in my new bed that night. He also introduced me to the weighted blanket that I LOVE. I ended up buying 7 for Christmas presents. The General Manager , Shawn Collazo , finished my order and accommodated me in every way possible to make my order complete with sheets and pillows at Black Friday prices. He also assured me that I would be sleeping in my bed that night. I felt extremely happy and comfortable with my purchase. I was extremely impressed with the warmness and knowledge from all employees. At around 4:00 I received a call that they would be delivering in about 10 minutes.
