With only one grants pass location left, we will never go back. Used to go to the one on seventh street and never had an issue with food or service.
So I thought we'd go to the one on rogue river highway. There weren't any cars in the drive through and nobody in line in the lobby. The young lady was quick to take our order (three whoppers, three regular cheeseburgers, two whopper juniors, two eight piece nuggets and five fries). Afterword, they had picked up some drive through orders and a few dine in orders. After about fifteen minutes (while seeing five or six orders go out before ours) I asked how much longer it would be. One of the young ladies rolled her eyes and said they were getting smaller orders out first and asked if I wanted a refund. I responded that I only wanted our food and that part of our order had been sitting under the heat lamp for about 10 minutes.
Another woman, (maybe management?) started arguing with me about treating their employees bad. Keep in mind I never raised my voice or demeaned anyone. I only complained about our order not being completed yet while many orders were going out (at this point about 25 minutes). At this point four parties who ordered after us in the lobby had been eating their food.
They finally gave us our order but it was short two fries. When I said something the lady (maybe management?) said our order was complete. I asked for her to look at my receipt and she refused. They begrudgingly gave me the two fries and we left. No apologies, no attempt to make things right, only arguments and anger from this individual. She said they were understaffed (I counted seven people working in the back).
I know working fast food is challenging, and that things sometimes happen. But two of the three ladies I dealt with were completely disrespectful and argumentative.
Poor ownership or management, obviously. I will never...
Read moreI tried to give them another chance. Still a mess. Still zero customer service. Once again I ordered a junior whopper and onion rings. The line wasn't busy. I was served in plenty of time. But. The rings were stiff and cold and the burger was colder. I went back through the line to make a complaint and return the food. I said I didn't need my money back I just wanted to let them know this problem should be rectified. She said, "I don't make the food". I said I understand that, I would just appreciate if you would let the manager know there is a problem She said, "I am the manager and slammed the window on me. Guess I will not ever return or give them another chance.
What a mess. Simple order. A bag of onion rings for $3.99. Around 11am today. Sure it's Boatnik. It's busy. Suddenly the line grinds to a halt for 23 minutes. Can't get in or out of the line of course. I finally get to the window and pay with my card. I am handed a bag and begin to pull away as I notice my bag is much too big. I see I have been given a giant bunch of burgers and fries. Screech to a halt to jump out of the car to run back to the window with all those people in line rolling their eyes at me. Some girl inside is all snotty and the poor boy in the window doesn't know what to do. She is angry because there are no onion rings ready and I say whatever, just give me a refund. The poor kid says he can't do that without a manager. I go completely Karen on them and say forget it and peel outta there with no onion rings more than half an hour of wasted time and 3.99 less to show for it. Sure wish I had simply driven off with the big bag...
Read moreEither fix the problems or just shut the place down. It is currently the worst BK/ fast food experience I have ever encountered.
Obviously understaffed, obviously overwhelmed,
This Burger King site is crashing hard!!! Lived here for 50 years. Been going to all the locations since they were here. This was the best BK until about 6-8 months ago. The last 8-10 times I have been there, every order took 25-50 minutes to receive w/ an average of 40 min. Every single order is wrong in some form or another. Some orders very little is correct.
Not enough staff, staff that is there is poorly trained or overwhelmed. Every time I go there, I need to call to let them know they screwed up the order, get credit for it and go in. The other day I wanted a burger bad, and remembered what is happening there and just decided it wasn't worth it anymore.
Time before last I was there and talked to the manager. He had about 15 orders waiting, line of cars, lobby full of customers. I told him, "Man you need more help." His frantic, panicked response was, if you want to make some money come behind here and help. I have no one left to call. I have called my supervisor and asked permission to close." SAD!!!
Don't know who owns this but this isn't a one off, this has been going on for months. Someone needs to pay attention to their investment in the place and if not, BK HQ needs to be concerned about their standards...
