Jordan Young helped me out tremendously! I had been told my deliver would take 5-10 business days. And for the first 6 days, my mattress was attached to my tracking number. I had checked my tracking number again the day of delivery, which was day 8, and mattress was no longer showing up on my tracking number. After many long phone calls with the customer service of mattress firm and several phone calls with Jordan, we had figured out the mattress was going to be postponed till mid September. Normally I would be okay with that, had I not been told the first time that it would take 5-10 business days. Jordan had me come in to look at another mattress that was in stock and similar in comfort and price. We decided on one, and go to order it and find out that one was now delayed till 2021! And just that morning this new mattress I was looking at was in stock! After all of this Jordan was kind enough to upgrade me to another mattress that was exactly what I was looking for, but way out of my price range, at zero extra cost to me! I was so excited to receive what I thought was a new mattress (Cali king); shame on me for not thoroughly reading the invoice while processing. In the fifth line of smaller text, it said Pre Owned. At no point in our conversation did Adam mention "refurbished", "pre-owned" or any jargon that would lead me to believe it had previously been owned. I see the day of delivery that it had a tag saying degermafied and what not. I am disgusted by what I view as unethical salesmanship and and Adam, shame on you. I spoke with another employee who got in touch with a superior, I was informed that I could spend an additional $300 for an upgraded "new" bed. Jamal, thank you for trying to work with me. But your boss saying that this has happened before and it sucks, but I signed a paper is reprehensible. I will tell everyone I know about this experience as I didn't want a bed that someone had owned before, we all know what people do in bed. That was 3 months ago. Then they said thats the one I bought for the temp mattress they gave us. I showed my receipt then find out the guy I was dealing with in the store ordered the wrong cal king split mattress he ordered us a regular split king mattress. I went in today had to fight with the guy because he was wanting us to pay 1800 dollars more for the mattresses we already paid for. Cooperate is worthless they tell you to talk to the store but yet the store is the freaking problem now I have to wait another 2 months to maybe get my mattresses ordered.
