I could not have asked for a better spot to vacation. I stayed in the Traveler's Room, and it was perfect for what I needed. The room was absolutely charming, almost like the child hood room I never knew I wanted. I loved being able to sleep with the windows open and enjoy some cooler weather. (Florida does not get too much of that.). The room was equipped with storage for my things, with room under the bed for luggage, and a cozy chair to read/journal in, as well as a TV. Michael and Eric did a wonderful job with all of the designs inside of the house. Somehow they managed to capture the historic feel of the house, and make it comfortable, and livable for modern times. The pictures are stunning, but to see everything in person, it is so much better! The hospitality provided at the time of check-in and through out the stay was top notch. Any questions were quickly answered via text, and Michael also provided a great list of antique shops in the area. I anticipate I will be going back in the future, hopefully when the weather is more agreeable, to enjoy some of the outdoor amenities on the grounds. Overall, a great place to visit, whether you are by yourself, or with your loved ones.

Wow what a lovely experience. Upon arriving in Greensboro North Carolina my partner and I were pleasantly pleased to find we had the property , Julian price house for the next 24 hours by ourselves. The entire property was absolutely magnificent and would suggest anybody coming in from out of town stay there a night or two you don't need to stay in a hotel this place is absolutely beautiful. And if you like you can also pick up food and cook in one of the two kitchens that they have which I did . Thank you again for a lovely stay and hope to be back soon!

Some homes take on a life of their own. This one not only has the life, but the heart and soul as well with the will to survive! Can I get a amen?! From riches to rags to resurrection, if walls could talk, then these surely would have an exceptional story to tell. And, you can see it all on the internet and TV! Spectacular!

Firstly, I want to acknowledge that the Julian Price House is absolutely beautiful. The historic charm, well-maintained landscaping, and thoughtfully decorated interior create an impressive first impression. The architecture is stunning and the property has incredible potential for a memorable stay.|Unfortunately, the beauty of the home was overshadowed by a disappointing and frustrating guest experience.|I booked directly through their official website — which I now regret. There were undisclosed credit card surcharges and hidden fees that weren’t clearly stated during the booking process. The original confirmation email did not mention a credit card surcharge, and yet I was later charged additional fees after the stay, with no prior explanation or consent.|Check-in was another major issue. The confirmation stated I would receive a text with instructions on the day of arrival. That message never came. I arrived within the stated check-in window, called five times, and got no response. I was left standing in the driveway for over 30 minutes. I eventually spoke to a landscaper on-site, who kindly tried to help, and finally received a call back from Michael — who claimed they had the wrong number (no apology offered). Only then did I receive the long-overdue check-in instructions.|Later, I saw that the suite was listed for only about $75 more on Airbnb. I reached out to ask if I could upgrade and pay the difference. Michael quoted me $155 with tax, but never confirmed whether they would honor the Airbnb price. Again, communication was poor and unclear — and when the final charges came in, they did not match what was promised.|To add to the disappointment, the listing mentions a continental breakfast, which was misleading. What we found was cereal, candy, and a few random drinks — including expired orange juice.|__|In summary:|• Beautiful property with amazing potential|• Booking directly came with undisclosed fees and surcharges|• Terrible communication before and during the stay|• Misleading listing about breakfast|• Post-stay charges that didn’t match what was communicated|It honestly feels like the hosts are checked out and ready to sell the property. There’s a serious lack of attentiveness and care toward guests. I highly recommend booking through Airbnb instead — at least their pricing is transparent and you have a platform to mediate issues.|Disappointing experience. Proceed...

Not enough words to describe how amazing this stay was!! Me and 9 of my closest “framily” members booked the entire main house for three nights last weekend and I so wish we could have stayed another night or two. The history and architecture of this home is breathtaking, I needed a day or two to just venture around the house and grounds. The story behind this home sucks you in!! It’s how I ended up there! Michael and Eric are great and thankfully patient, as I’m sure we were not their usual guests, which is another reason we booked all the rooms! So as not to disturb others. 😉

We slept amazing, the beds were all very comfortable and my sisters were looking online for the sheets to buy at their house!! The traveler room did get a little warm when the heater was on and there’s no outlets in that bathroom, but that may be the ONLY small negatives we had and easy to work around since we had run of all the space. The baths were great, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The house was SPOTLESS and snacks and beverages were provided and plentiful. Housekeeping came by each day, cleaned, made beds (and even added extra touches like making hearts on the bed with blankets) and replenished the kitchen items.

We are planning another trip and I cannot wait, this time with less time spent out of the house and more spent in❤️ If you are debating, don’t! Especially if you’re looking for some quiet, downtime to relax. This was one of my FAVORITE vacations ever! Thanks Michael and Eric! We’ll be back! I know you can’t...
