UPDATED: In response to the owner's reply. Though the owner claims to 'remain ready' to address the 'legitimate complaint' I still went to bed with the noise and woke up to the same. And it is recorded with a noise metering device for legal purposes. I'll await resolution to this three month old issue and a phone call from the award winning management who is protecting 'all parties' in which should include me.

These apartment homes are are beautiful and the amenities are phenomenal! However, I've experienced what has been very unfair management when submitting an issue with extreme noise from my neighbor. When I first placed the complaint I was asked to prove it by actually recording it. Why was that the first course of action? For me, the one whose space is being violated to further be inconvenienced by playing detective? Not only did I do it but I also invited management come listen for themselves because it is just that consistent. Nobody came. They've heard the recordings, said they spoke with the neighbor and I believe they did because she got louder. After several attempts to have management handle it, they've failed to force the neighbor to abide by our lease that states quiet hours clearly and 'normal' sound during other times. There's nothing normal about stomping, pounding, rolling and tapping sounds for hours beginning at 6:30a sometimes to midnight. Because the neighbor denies what management has actually heard themselves via my recording I was told they've done all could do. I've called the police twice and she refused to open the door for them. So now, because of failed management, I have to seek the civil court to get some peace in the space we call home which should not be. We should not be expected to pay rent and accept this type of behavior from the neighbor nor from management. Staff, apartment itself, location: 5 stars. I LOVE my apartment and the staff is awesome. Have I had things break in the apartment? Absolutely. But they are always quick to respond and fix any issues, and they work hard to keep the common areas clean and nice. Zero complaints there. And the location is perfect.

I don't think this is worth taking away a star in my review, because people come and go: but it is worth noting that right now my experience is closer to 4 stars simply because of neighbors. Occasionally there's loud music / loud noise in the hallway, the smell of weed in the hallway, you can hear folks/dogs through the walls, etc. But it's an apartment, so that's to be expected. Absolutely loved living here! Was fortunate to live on the 4th floor, overlooking the ballpark. Great view of the town and ballpark, with exceptional sunsets!

The Leasing Staff is truly a team and were always there when we had questions or concerns or just wanted to chat. They made us feel at home. They love dogs and made our fur baby the star of the show whenever she would visit them!

Maintenance Team was just as great, they would also fix an issue within 24 hours.

Only problem, wish we could have lived there longer but decided to buy...
