••••ZERO STARS••••
This location has horrible service. Management doesn't know how to run a store, employees don't know what they are doing. Food was all gross.
I love Baja fresh.... But the way they're doing it here is nasty. They are also rude, when someone has a complaint you shouldn't immediately have claws out.
If the owner or someone is reading this. Train your employees better and get a better manager in there asap, because your losing money and people are avoiding this location.
••I order a Chicken Caesar Burrito/ Side beans and rice. Same thing, Everytime••
It was full of wet slimy lettuce, the chicken was mashed up, dry and stunk 🤢 Beans and rice had with no cojita on top. The Tortilla was dripping moments after I got it, they refused to give me a refund. I wasn't being rude, I just said honestly dude... Look at it. And her response was "what" and I can't give you a refund because nothings wrong.
They can't tell that the food is bad, the quality of service is not good here. I'm never going back here. Save your money and go...

One thing that is truly off putting about this location is that the young man (who comes in around 5pm) refills the salsa bar by dumping fresh salsa over the old salsa. I feel bad for anyone coming in around closing time and getting to the bottom of those bowls. Also if they do store it overnight who knows how old that salsa could be. “Fresh?”
The service could use some work. The man working the front desk just can’t get my order right. Almost every time I come in. when I was charged for an extra side of rice and beans the cashier just argued with me. I sat down to eat my meal just waving off the whole thing and he finally gave me a refund 20 minutes after cashing me out. So rude.
The next week I ordered the same meal only to find out that I was charged more than usual. I looked up at the board assuming the prices had gone up yet the price was listed the same. They should update the...
Read moreIt’s right next to a Panda Express that always has a line out the door. My quiet tip toe because of a mean step father (not because I’m sneaky) wasn’t auditory to the front of the house and back of the house which work in the same area. When the Point of Sale gal noticed me after 4 minutes (wasn’t mad, I could have spoke up) finally noticed me she was super positive and helpful. They have a variety of food that is actually truly wholesome unless they are lying about secret ingredients. I was cool with the elevated price as I figure it’s expensive to keep fresh food at the ready. I don’t know why there were so many people at Panda but not Baja Fresh. My food was tasty and, again; I can only imagine it was healthy from the ingredients. I will go...
