Panda Express — Restaurant in Gresham

I come in 2 times a week, never seen LISA BEFORE, she not new I guess, she gave me an inconvenience, she could have put the last little bit of beef which was substitute for the bourbon chicken, , easy.. there was nothing there, she said 1 scoop, depends on the worker, she was very rude to me, I gather napkins and straws as a customer, she said - oh ur stealing straws now!? They r for the customers correct? Then she says go leave with ur mom! Disrespectful! Absolutely not okay! Especially if customer service is not there. I buy panda 1-2 times a week, never seen LISA before, my mom was crippled with a Cane, that's messed up if she wants to say I'm stealing straws, YALL GOT AN ABUNDANCE OF BULK STRAWS IN THE BACK, 1 scoop? Wat if someone is heavy to slim? I've had them put a scoop and a half at times LISA WAS RUDE!!!!!!!! call security, tf they gon do? It would be very messed up if I'm not aloud in the location anymore due to speaking my mind as a customer, Lisa says speak to my manager, , 4 wat ? Don't be rude and I won't be RUDE. This is AMERICA, I EXPECT PROPER SERVICE AND LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS! IM A WAREHOUSE WORKER, MY DAYS OFF IM HUNGRY! DON'T BE OBLIVIOUS TO THE CUSTOMER AS A WORKER OR DISRESPECTFUL, GOES BOTH WAYS YING YANG I guess female workers white girls don't know how to serve a man! I'm white as well! Went to this location to order food at approximately 950 pm I was ordering 3 bigger plates along with additional sides and order that I normally do online but this time I decided to do it in person when I came they told me that they could not cook the teriyaki or the sides if they was out I said I order here all the time online big orders and normally this place is packed this time at night but no customers were there this particular time he told me we cannot cook anything else I said we always order online and they cook it fresh he said that’s only online and in person we cannot do that I also said that’s only online doesn’t add up I’m here in your face and can’t cook it but if I order online you can I honestly felt like this tall gentleman and his crew was simply trying to get out of cooking the food he said it was policy and I said I never heard of such stupid policy it pissed me off so I’m writing this review because I am not only a class A truck driver who spends a lot of money here but also do grub hub here food delivery and a witness to this location being busy this time of night and cooking fresh food they don’t know I know so...

This is my goto Panda Express!

I have never had a problem with the chicken being too dry here. From what I can remember it’s always been worth ordering here vs further locations. They’re pretty busy so lines can get long but I don’t mind the wait(:

The only downside is it’s a little confusing with C19 since pick up and ordering is a little tricky with how the lines are formed, but I’ve noticed the tables seem to be bolted to the floors so maneuvering around them is bound to be inconvenient.

I do wish they’d figure out a better way to handle pick ups. I’ll sometimes have to stand to the side for a while even though I see many orders completed just waiting to be picked up. This is the only location that doesn’t seem to have a designated runner/person that focuses on handing out pick ups.

Maybe they’re short staffed. I’ve had some employees just look at me and walk away. I sometimes feel like I have to force them to help me with my pick up.....
