The tea was ok but the staff and service weren’t good. I met a friend to try this new Gresham Bubble Tea place I kept hearing about (I love bubble tea).
Going to the counter, the staff were engrossed in their own conversation, dropping F-Bombs loudly without concern about professionalism in front of customers. When I eventually ordered, they seemed short, inconvenienced and wanted to back to their own conversations.
I sat down to chat with my friend, after about 20 min (drinking the large tea I ordered) I asked to use the restroom and was surprised when denied. “We don’t have a public restroom.” Confused I asked how a place that specializes in drinks didn’t have a restroom. The staff just said “we don’t” and carried on. I asked where else I can use one and he shrugged, then ignored me.
I understand businesses wanting to keep random ppl out of restrooms for many reasons, but to not have one available when you serve a product that makes ppl need one (large drinks) is ridiculous. Use a code system like other businesses around!
I was going to order more drinks when done with my friend to take home for my family, but instead, I had to drive to Starbucks to use their restroom, ending my meeting with my friend (I brought Starbucks home instead that night). I’m also a local teacher and always look for nearby places to take groups of students (other than Starbucks, where I buy the entire class drinks several times a year). I hoped this place would be a hit and I could use them in the future. After this experience, I won’t be coming back. The staff needs to be more professional and not immature kids, and the business needs to value their customers and not send them in the cold rain to find restrooms after drinking...
Read moreI stopped here with a friend while running some errands, having never been here before. The tea was decent and made quickly, but the customer service was pretty terrible.
We walked in and both of the employees working were having their own conversation, neither of them greeted us or even acknowledged us. We went up to the counter to order and they simply stared at us, waiting for us to order. This whole time, they didn’t say a word. We ordered two teas and they directed us to the other counter to wait for our drinks. They called out our number and I thanked them, to which they looked directly at me and did not say anything. Mind you, we were the only people in the business at this time.
It is incredibly disappointing to visit/support a business, tip them, and thank employees without even being acknowledged once. As a customer, it is very uncomfortable to feel like an inconvenience for the entirety of my visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will most definitely not...
Read moreI’ve physically been to this location twice now, and have ordered through doordash a handful of times when my other boba spot was closed. The tea here isn’t the best nor is it authentic but it’s decent enough when I’m craving boba and a lot closer than my other spot.
Staff here isn’t very friendly and give off an annoyed vibe. Today I ordered a very simple drink. A half sweet classic Thai tea, with no other modifications. The lady seemed annoyed. I left with my drink, and after the first sip I had a mouth full of unblended powder. I tried mixing it up and taking another sip, but again another mouth full of unblended powder. I went back, politely explained the problem and asked if they could remake it. Again, I was met with annoyance. I understand mistakes happen, and I also understand that customers can be unreasonable and frustrating. However, the attitudes of the employees here is what’s rubbing me the wrong way. From now on I’ll be taking my...
