8/15/25 I was standing in line and Tabitha at the registers said “Alright” and I walked up to her register and set my things down after making sure the light was on and everything. She snobbishly said “I didn’t ask you to come up here” and I said “you said alright so I thought it was ok to set my things down” She then laughed at me and began scanning my things. I asked to speak to a manager and she asked for someone from over her shoulder. No one responded or acknowledged what she had said but she said someone would be with me soon. I waited and no one showed up. I asked her if they heard her cause no one said anything back. She ignored me and asked for the next costumer. Then I asked again while standing in front of her and without turning away or saying anything she said I guess she’s busy right now. Made me feel very upset and...

Burlington isn’t like it used to be. Now you have to wait to get in - they have you wait and ask you to look up at the camera before entering the store. Long lines, no good deals, poor quality products. LP girl worker at the line/entrance of the store to let you pass the belt, is too loud and obnoxious, sounds so scripted and like she hates working there and annoyed with people coming in to shop. Not welcoming. They were also limiting people using their public restroom and knocking on the door for people to get out just minutes after they went in. Passive signs - “Thanks for not opening packages” etc… all over the store. Just close the store instead of making people uncomfortable...

This is a large store,somewhat disorganized and needsore ( or some) employees to help customers if they are looking for a certain item. They carry a large and diverse inventory with very good sales offered This stote carries many selections for clothing,shoes as well as household items. It is somewhat scattered in the locating what you came for They have a fairly good payment counters for paying and they keep it moving pretty well. If a customer needed locating a certain item or question about an item, you are out of luck, no one to ask.
