I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience here needs to be shared so others don’t go through the same.

I purchased a truck and was told it came with a “free warranty.” When issues appeared (check engine light, truck shaking), I took it in. The warranty company refused the repair because of a 30-day clause I was never told about. The dealer then promised to take care of it himself if I removed my negative review. Out of good faith, I agreed and sent him the invoice with the listed repairs.

Weeks later, I finally got the truck back with plates. But soon after driving it, the same exact issues returned. I brought it to my personal mechanic, who showed me that one of the main repairs (the converter, which was specifically listed on the invoice) had never even been replaced. I have photos proving it’s still the original part.

In short: • Warranty was useless. • Dealer admitted to fixing it but didn’t do the work. • Truck was handed back to me with the same issues.

This feels like dishonest business practice. Buyers beware get everything in writing and double-check repairs...

I bought a 2015 GMC Terrain from A1 Auto Mahmoud. The problems started right after I bought the car. First, I realized that the A/C was not working. Then I found out that the car was burning oil, and within one year I had to fix nearly 12 different problems, spending around $3,000 to get the car back in shape but the car is still burning oil. 1 qt. oil out of 1000 miles. This guy is scammer. He told me that the car was perfect and completely problem free and apparently he lied.
