Incompetent staff - orders wrong most of the time in my experience. I'm assuming this is management's fault because I have never experienced such poor fast food service in my life regardless of when I go. On one occasion a few weeks ago I ordered a diet limeade (which is clearly printed on their menu); the girl taking my order said "what is that?" I explained what it was and that it was on the menu under drinks, and she said ok. 5 minutes later I get a regular cherry limeade; definitely not what I ordered so I asked for it to be taken back and for the correct order. Next they brought me a soda water with a lime in it; also not what I had ordered. Finally they brought out a regular (not diet) limeade; I was tired of waiting so I said thank you and took the regular limeade and left. Today I ordered a "classic chicken sandwich - the crispy sandwich." The girl taking my order said, "you mean the ultimate chicken club?" I said, no and clarified that I wanted the #9, but just the crispy sandwich, not the meal. Again she was confused and asked if I meant the "chicken strips sandwich?" After a few more tries of understanding each other she finally found what I wanted. I'm not sure if she's new or if there is a problem between the printed menus and the screen that the employees use, but I have this issue constantly where the employee has no idea what I'm ordering even though I'm reading it verbatim off the menu. One last issue that I'll note is also a printed menu / employee screen menu discrepancy - I asked for bbq sauce with my sandwich, which is free on the menu, but the employee charged me 20 cents for it. When I asked why I was charged, he said "I don't know" and laughed. I said, I know it's only 20 cents, but can you please check to see why the menu says free if it's not? He left for a minute and came back and said - "the menu is wrong." The menu may be wrong, but then it should be updated and the employees should immediately know that the menu is old and have an explanation ready instead of just laughing awkwardly. If this is a harsh review, hopefully it will be beneficial in some way providing incentive for the management to properly train...
Read moreWent to this location last night around 8pm and there were only a couple other cars there. My fiancee and I ordered a foot long Coney dog meal with tots and a Chicago dog meal with tots. I pulled out the chili cheese hot dog and see that the cheese isn't fully melted and when I took a bite, the hot dog was cold. Not hot, not kind of warm, but cold. My fiancee checked his and it was also cold. We pressed the button a couple times to try to talk to someone, but no one would answer. We see a male employee walking by and my fiancee tells him that no one is answering and our food is cold. The male employee rudely replied that he will " answer when he gets inside". Ok, what the heck?! He goes inside and we press the button again. He answers and the situation is explained to him and we ask to speak to a manager. He says he's going to get the manager. 5 minutes go by with no manager and the guy not letting us know anything. Finally my fiancee decides to go in and give them back the food and get a refund. He comes back out and 2 minutes later the manager comes out. The whole time she is tapping her nails against the menu board and saying she doesn't feel comfortable giving out her name. We only needed her first name so when we filed a complaint we could let them know who we talked to. But this "manager" wouldn't give her name and was being extremely rude...

Guy at the drive thru hands us the bag of food after about 5 minutes and just stares at us as if he was thinking “what are you waiting for?”. I said can I get the shake please ? He says oh yeah they’re making it now, one minute . Ten minutes more goes by, (food getting cold) meanwhile I’m watching him come out of the restaurant with drinks and other items serving cars behind us and they drive off! Fed up I said hey man let me just get a refund on that shake I have to go. He asks what kind of shake it was, and goes oh I got it right here actually . I said I’ve been waiting all this time for that shake. “Sorry” is all he said very insincerely. The shake was next to him the whole darn time . Didnt you notice We were still sitting there?? Then to top it off , we get home and realize the large popcorn chicken isn’t even in the bag . Drove 15 minutes back and explained to them I got all the way home and realized the item was missing and I don’t want it anymore just my money back at this point. Lady gets an attitude “what you want a refund for the whole order”? No just the item I’m missing. She then gives us the money with an attitude and didn’t even apologize once or say anything else.
