This review is based solely on the grooming department and the groomer named Jessica. Never had any issue at this salon no problems with Jessica in the past until one day we did. Either she was having a bad day or was stressed out because she had so many Appointments that day I don’t know, but clearly she took it out on my dog. I will be filing a complaint and ask for an investigation to review video footage from the salon that day she had multiple excuses and in 4 1/2 hours was only able to wash and dry my dog. After 4 1/2 hours, she called and said my dog wasn’t really into it that day and wasn’t cooperating and to try bringing her back the following day or the day after. I made an appointment for the following day when I arrived. There was another dog inside the grooming salon, so I waited for them to finish at the counter. Once I saw them exit, I walked in to the salon. I stood at the counter for well over five minutes before she finally noticed me. She was bathing another dog and told me to wait 10 minutes later. She came out and said I was late for my appointment. I explained to her that I was not that I arrived on time and explained the situation and what had transpired. Her excuse was I don’t have time to do it now you should’ve been here before that other dog arrived. I explained to her I can’t help it if someone else arrives for their appointment before my appointment time. I honestly do not know what her problem is or what her problem was yesterday but she’s clearly taking it out on me and my dog. I do not trust to bring my dog back to the salon now because I will be filing a complaint to find out exactly what transpired and the 4 1/2+ hours that they had my dog...
Read moreI wanted to make sure I posted here so it's noted. I went to this store with my kids to buy some food for a pet. My daughter said she was shopping through the isles when an employee Nancy ( dog trainer) yelled at her and told her to stay away from the dog whom she was walking through the isles of the store. When my daughter who is 10 years old told me this I approached the employee to ask if i could speak with her. At that point she started yelling telling me to stay away from the dog. The owner of the dog was sitting near the training area and said her dog was scarred of everything as in it's not safe to come near the dog. I told them they should have the dog in the training area not walking through the isles where people , kids, and other animals are. If the dog was that dangerous or they felt the dog was unpredictable they shouldn't have it roaming around people especially without a muzzle. I made numerous complaints and requested a follow up and received none. I'm posting this in case someone is injured due to their stupidity. Hopefully someone that has some common sense reaches out to me who can do someone about this before someone gets hurt. I would not recommend coming to this store with children or your pet. The trainer did not seem to know what she was doing and definitely should not be working in a store with people...
Read moreToday between 8pm-9pm I wanted to use my PETCO gift card. My 4legged baby won this one on the costume contest last October. I decided to make him Thanksgiving gifts using this card.
My disappointments happened fast. Frist, after my walk-in, no any associates have not appeared. Only after my scream and yelling two girls came to me. Second, girls didn't have name badges. Third, my request to help me to know the amount of gift card was ignored. I claimed they are not loyal to their customers and they don't wanna practice the basic elements of marketing communication.
So, their unskilled and unprofessional manager Jessica (Hemet PetCo, one girl introduced her as a manager with this name) forced me to call the toll number and ask the balance of that card via my mobile phone. She didn't spend time to explain details how their gift cards work. It drove me mad and sad. I was so frustrated Petcos' girls couldn't provide me the balance, but info from phone bot about a huge amount on the card switched my attitudes and I grabbed some gifts for my 4-legged baby.
