Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Hemet

Update: the manager by the name of Jason is super rude. We have never worked with him before today. I saw many workers who knew us well and were great as usual, but when the app messed up and took the wrong amount of points and gave us the wrong prize, and wouldn't scan the receipt. Jason made a huge scene, saying I was yelling at him just by asking if he could fix it because the proof was provided. Even other customers were asking if I was ok. My review for the rest of Chuck E. Cheese stands true but I wish Jason wasn't there. He treated me like I was crazy and arguing when I was trying to show him what happened. It felt very surreal because no matter how calm or polite I was he kept saying I was yelling at him. Anyway here is my original review of the place, just try not to have to deal with the manager named Jason. Ill update with how corporatehandles it after I speak to them (update: corporate gave me a free pizza and then a few months later did away with the ticket prizes. The removed them completely from the program, as for the manager, I haven't seen him since but I don't know what, if anything, happened to him)

We love Chuck E. Cheese. Way cleaner than John's incredible pizza. The pizza is fantastic. Great the next day too, just pop it in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Games are always working and when they aren't working (never had more than one down at a time) it clearly states it instead, of having to guess like John's incredible. The prizes are also reasonably easy to earn and can be bought with money for the difference if short on tickets. Love them. They now have a jumper and small obstacle course as well. The kids loved it and almost forgot they could play the games, but once they did play them, they forgot the course. Funny how kids minds...

This location is perfect. It's in the heart of all the action here in Hemet. There are numerous restaurants and big brand named stores galore all located within walking distance, and a cinema next door to boot. As always, the Chuck E Cheese host is there to greet you with a smile, and to conduct a safety measure that most underappreciate, the stamping of the wrist. All members of the entering party receive a stamp that matches the accompanying children. Providing an extra measure of security to those beloved children were all love (cough cough). 🤣 Inside the restaurant was very well maintained. Clean and constantly monitored for exiting families. The games were a bit limited compared to some other locations we've frequented, but honestly the kids could care less. As long as there's lights, bells, and whistles, their in! The salad bar was well stocked, drinks were flowing, and pizzas came out hot! They have a large area for private parties with added extras with your reservations. Two restrooms, one female one male both handicap accessible. High chairs are available for the little ones, and there was plenty of seating available for all of the other guest. All in all, this particular Chuck E Cheese was on point. Great customer service, the cleanliness, and the food was actually a lot better then expected. Good job! Keep up...

It's Chuck E Cheese, you're going to find a bunch of kids running and playing and having fun being kids.... We recently came for a Birthday Party for a friend. The service started out slow and they didn't seem to care about our time limit or saying they were ready for the show, yet keeping the kids waiting (7 kids 2-7 years old don't wait long well)... When it came time for the Birthday show Morgan came out with Chuck E. and she really helped us to improve our visit! She was cheerful and helpful with getting the kids to interact with Chuck E. so they weren't afraid anymore. She made sure the Birthday Boy got a "Royal" treatment. She helped us make sure the kids had time picking out their prizes and was very patient with them all. Morgan Really helped us make the party a Memorable experience which started out not feeling so fun... We really appreciate all the help she was with the party. ...Overall the restaurant was fairly clean and well kept, there were several tables that people had left and didn't get cleaned for awhile, but that happens, the food was decent, not great but not bad You don't go there to eat it's about the games, and the game area was well kept there wasn't trash left about.
