Recently came in clueless with questions about getting a frame for a print gift. Was first helped by Alejandra at the frame shop who was very helpful answering my specific questions and helping me understand my options. Decided to run home to get the print to hold it up to the three frames I was considering but had to rush as the store would close soon. Got back in time but Alejandra had left for the day. Another employee, Hannah, helped me decide which frame to pick. Turns out I should have taken her first choice as I found out I could not remove the matting (like I wished to) on the one I had chosen!
Came back the next day and Hannah took my return with ease and got me a frame that works perfectly. On the way out I heard her dealing with an irate customer who was upset over some prior service that had nothing to do with her. Hannah was courteous and professional and never lost her cool.
Overall for a frantic dash near closing time I was very pleased with the customer service I received.

Thenwent to find somebody to let them know what happened and the girl said that is was not a problem and went herself, got some spray and papel towel and cleaned it ver y well. I loved that she wasn't nagging or making faces. She cleaned that floor that it looked like nothing happened, she said that she wanted to live it well done! It seems to be like she love, really love her job also helping people. I really enjoyed my visit to that Michael 's store. Since i entered to the Store i received the help that i needed, from a nice girl that guided me to what i was looking for, to the young Man at the register that with a particular selling abilities, encouraged me to buy chocolatesš.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn Monday February 17 at 8:45PM during my visit I had a horrible experience as I watched a Michaels representative named (Maddy or Mary) she had NO name tag, dark green house, speak to another Michaels rep super rude, mean, and LOUD in front of the self checkout area to the point the poor girl left to the bathroom crying all because the front door was locked. I felt uncomfortable and sad for her because thereās certain ways to acknowledge and speak to one another. The horrible rep was on her phone the entire time, texting and on Instagram, then a kid kept coming in and out the store for her without assisting me and the other customers there waiting for her.
I hope Michaels plays back the cameras and gives proper action to that representative or manager sheās whatās wrong with America simply disgusting attitude...
